It will be split into seven parts. Eyes will appear. If one recites one hundred and eight times in anger, then the nagas, along with their families, clouds, and all attendants, will fall to the ground. The nagas' houses and all palaces, along with water, trees, and forests, will turn into a single blazing flame. All the great, glorious, and powerful naga kings will be struck by severe brain disease. If the vidyadhara does not quickly rescue them, all races will be destroyed. Sons, grandsons, retinues, and mounts will all become nonexistent and lose their eyes. In times of no rain, recite mustard seeds a thousand times and scatter them on the houses, all the nagas will tremble, and the houses and lakes will become a single blazing flame, and rain will quickly fall as desired. Rain will fall again and again. When rain is needed, the vidyadhara recites water and mustard seeds one hundred and eight times, goes to a high place, sits facing east, recites the mantra seven times on seven handfuls of water, and scatters it to the east, all the naga kings will immediately gather together and send down rain. At dawn, mix mustard seeds, saffron, and water, recite it seven times, and scatter it in the four directions, and also scatter it above and below, hail, wind, clouds, and all hailstones will be blocked up to a yojana in all directions. All unruly nagas will be bound. All nagas will become impassable. Take the dung of a pale yellow cow before it falls to the ground, and take its butter, milk, and urine, mix it with sabtabhisaka and flour, recite it ninety-two times, and then make a five-headed naga. Make an image with its head raised, sitting cross-legged, with its body twisted. The body should be washed with white sandalwood and saffron. Place it on a clean mat. Consecrate it with a silk diadem. Place a garland of flowers. Make a square mandala, scatter loose flowers, and place four full vases. Insert four arrows and hang four white silk banners.

Establish. Place the torma in the center of the mandala. Erect four sengdeng wooden pegs at the four corners of the mandala. Wrap five circles with five-colored threads. Recite twenty-one times for everything and then act. Bind the neck of the vase with a silk cloth. Mix frankincense, beeswax, Han incense, saffron, seashells, Nāgapuṣpa (Sanskrit: nāgapuṣpa, literal meaning: dragon flower), white mustard seeds, and sugar, recite one hundred and eight times, and then burn as incense. Prepare this incense. Then, the vidyadhara should bathe thoroughly, wear clean clothes, and use this mantra to perform near-touch, rock binding, boundary binding, direction binding, mandala binding, raising clothes, self-protection, and bathing. Place the dragon's head facing east, and the vidyadhara, looking at the dragon, sits in the lotus position, and uses this mantra to summon, and then sends it back with torma and incense. After that, the vidyadhara recites one thousand and eight times, recites on each mustard seed, and strikes the image of the dragon. Light four lamps. Write the name of the dragon. Anyone who is bound will stand up. After completing the recitation of one thousand and eight times, all the great dragon kings will be controlled. Everything will be revealed. Everything desired will be granted. All powers will be reversed. One's own people, retinue, sons, and grandsons will all be controlled. All actions will be accomplished. Protect completely like one's own home. Place the image of the dragon in a secluded place and offer flowers and incense. Place it without distraction and make it invisible, and do not show it to anyone. Make it happy with clean clothes. Whenever there is a need, recite one hundred and eight times on the mustard seeds and strike, and all needs will be accomplished. It will go wherever it is sent and return again. In dreams, it will reveal all needs and accomplish all actions. This is called the method of employing the dragon. Whenever untimely clouds, wind, hail, and frost occur, mix newly grown grains and mustard seeds, recite one hundred and one times, and strike the image of the dragon in anger.
