May the deceased be endowed with the five inexpiable sins spoken of by the Tathagata. Darpu, Tsapu, Narpu. Homage to Vajradhara and his retinue. May I accomplish these foundations of secret mantras, Svāhā. Homage to the great glorious Vajradhara, Svāhā. Oṃ. Hūṃ Hūṃ. Phaṭ Phaṭ Svāhā. Then, at that time, the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyaksaṃbuddha, Shakyamuni Buddha, with the light of his radiant light, transcended the realm of the three thousand great thousand worlds, and the entire house of demons blazed everywhere, blazed intensely, spread and blazed universally and intensely, appearing as a single flame. As such, the evil demons, holding swords, wheels, bows, arrows, and other weapons in their hands, created various forms of obstacles. Then, in that very instant, the evil demon, together with all the princes of the demon race, went to where the Bhagavan was with a great demonic transformation. Then, as such, the wrathful Cholwa, with a red complexion, eyes reddish-yellow like honey, bared fangs, repulsive, hair reddish-brown standing upright, holding a club in his right hand, holding a vajra in his left hand, adorned with snakes, wearing a tiger skin loincloth. In the east, he surpassed worlds as numerous as the sands of twenty-one Ganges rivers. Similarly, he appeared universally in the south, west, and north as well. Then, the evil demon and hundreds of thousands of obstacles were shaken by the wrathful Cholwa. The evil demon was intoxicated and tortured, abandoning his life without regard, and the secret lord Vajrapani bound him with five nooses. As such, at that time, the gods of Anavatapta, Tushita, Nirmāṇarati, and Paranirmita-vaśavartin offered incense, flowers, banners, and various kinds of flags to the Bhagavan to the best of their ability, and then sat on one side. By pleasing them, the Blessed One spoke these roots of secret mantras, called "Giving All Desired Things," from within the Great Tantra of Supreme Vidyāmantras, for the benefit and happiness of all sentient beings, gods, and humans, which subdues others with immeasurable power, the king of great and powerful Vidyāmantras. Anyone who holds, recites, or extensively and accurately reveals it to others, respects it, reveres it as a guru, serves it, or makes offerings to it will enter all mandalas. And it will destroy, defeat, and overthrow all secret mantras performed by others. Thus, the Blessed One Vajradhara spoke what arises from within the Great Tantra of Supreme Vidyāmantras. Then, the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, the Blessed One, being pleased, spoke this root of the secret mantra called "Giving All Desired Things," which subdues others with immeasurable power: Oṃ vajrakrodhamahābala hana daha paca vidhvaṃsaya jaṭilāmbo bhara ucchuṣmakrodha hūṃ phaṭ svāhā. Then, the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, addressed the Blessed One, saying: Blessed One, Any son or daughter of good family who, having heard this category of Dharma, holds, recites, or extensively reveals it to others, serves it, or makes offerings to it will be empowered in all mandalas. The Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, further said: One who holds the essence of great power will not be harmed by yakshas, sons of yakshas, rakshasas, sons of rakshasas, kumbhandas, sons of kumbhandas, garudas, sons of garudas, nagas, sons of nagas, gandharvas, sons of gandharvas, flesh-eaters, sons of flesh-eaters, madmen, sons of madmen, dakinis, sons of dakinis, sorcerers, snake-holders, and so forth, as well as forgetters, corpses, risen corpses, and so forth, and all cutting obstacles and forgetters.
