Make it by multiplying three by seven by seven. If you chew one pill and speak to a king, minister, close friend, or a large gathering of people, they will show respect and give all the wealth and jewels you need without hesitation. They will believe and listen to everything you say. If there is any command, they will all listen and carry it out. When chewing the medicine in your mouth, you should always recite the mantra, and Avalokiteśvara will fulfill all your wishes. In front of the image of Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara, make a square mandala with incense water, with sides of four cubits. Inside the mandala, spread out various kinds of plant flowers, burn white sandalwood, take out the previous pill, and place it in the mandala. Erect four banners, hang curtains and white streamers. Also draw four white lotuses on the mandala. After making offerings to Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara, recite the root mantra and the heart essence mantra one hundred and eight times. Recite the body mantra one hundred and eight times, burn white sandalwood, and scatter flowers, and then all wishes will be fulfilled. Take the medicine from inside the mandala and wear it on your body, and wherever you go, all that you seek will be fulfilled. Everyone will believe and listen to what you say. All accomplishments will be achieved. Except for not doing it with one-pointed mind. This is called the ritual of chewing medicine from the Wish-Fulfilling Sandalwood Wheel. The fourth chapter of the ritual of chewing medicine from the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel of Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara. Then, Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara, out of compassion for other sentient beings, taught the ritual of becoming loving and joyful when seen by many people. Bear's bone and, musk and, ga kun ban sya and, dove king and, saffron and, Chinese saffron and, long pepper and, green cardamom and, calamus are mixed in equal parts, pounded and finely filtered. If the previous medicine is one ounce, then add half an ounce of musk and, borneol, and grind them carefully. Mix it in front of the image of Avalokiteśvara. Recite each of the previous three mantras one thousand and eight times. With love for all sentient beings and, a compassionate heart, place those medicines at the feet of the Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara. After that, touch it, take it out with a sandalwood spoon, and put it in the eyes. The eyes and, brain diseases, and everything obscured by cataracts and, white haze and, tearing and, red haze and, glaucoma and, all brain diseases will be cured. If this medicine is often put into the eyes like opening an umbrella, all eye diseases will be eliminated. If two umbrellas are opened, all diseases of the body will be eliminated. If three umbrellas are opened, eighty-four kinds of madness will be eliminated. If four umbrellas are opened, all internal and external obstacles will not obscure. If given for seven weeks, the great black deity and the eight classes of demons and yakshas will come near, follow, and serve. If given for eight weeks, it will turn into Antradana. If given for nine weeks, all treasures will be seen. If given for ten weeks, the doors of the Asura's palace will open naturally, and everything there will be seen. There will be no obstruction to appearing and entering. If given for eleven weeks, all things that burn like medicine will appear and be delighted. Do you want to be long-lived? Do you want to have great power? It will be accomplished in the same way. If given for twelve weeks, many sages will open the treasures of jewels, show them closely, and enjoy them as desired. If given for thirteen weeks, the doors of the Naga's immeasurable palace will open naturally, and there will be no obstruction to seeing them. If given for fourteen weeks, the doors of the palaces of the gods of the desire realm will open naturally, so that everything will be seen. If given for fifteen weeks, even in the dark night, it will be as bright as an umbrella. If given for sixteen weeks, the Vajra ground under the earth and the mandala of wind will also be seen. If given for seventeen weeks, all sentient beings in the hell realms in the four continents will also be seen, and by the power of that, all sentient beings suffering will be liberated. If given for eighteen weeks, that person will obtain the power like the sun. If given for nineteen weeks, the true body of Vajrapani will be seen, so that all wishes will be fulfilled.
