以专注之心，以精进之努力，对此陀罗尼不舍弃而行持，不选择伞盖和时间，清净也好，不清净也好，在夏秋季节念诵，所作之事皆有意义。无论如何，若有重要之事需要处理，念诵一百零八遍，则百千之事无有不成办。其他任何明咒，都无法与如意轮陀罗尼相比。为何如此说？因为它能彻底摧毁过去和现在的恶业以及沉重的障碍。无论何人念诵此陀罗尼，即使是注定堕入无间地狱之众生，也能获得解脱。五无间罪等罪业也能得以清净，更何况是恶业、邪魔、疾病等其他一切。若有人患有一日热病、二日热病、三日热病、四日热病，或日夜疼痛，或因风、胆、痰等引起的疼痛，念诵此明咒，一切皆可消除痊愈。若有人遭受毒药或诅咒的侵害，或患有疖肿、瘙痒、麻风病、眼疾、风病、癫狂，或头部疼痛，或耳朵、鼻子、嘴唇、舌头、喉咙、口腔、面部、头顶、头盖、胸部、肋骨、心脏、腹部、腰部、背部、腿部、手部等一切疼痛，皆可痊愈。无论身体有何种疾病，皆可痊愈。 夜叉、罗刹、毗那夜迦、恶魔、鬼怪等也无法造成伤害。刀兵、军队、水、火、风、雨、冰雹等猛烈的灾害也无法造成恐惧。敌人、盗贼、凶恶的国王和凶恶的盗贼也无法造成伤害。不会突然死亡，也不会做恶梦。

With a focused mind and diligent effort, practice this dharani without abandoning it. Do not choose umbrellas or times; whether clean or unclean, if recited in summer and autumn, all actions will be meaningful. In any case, if there is something important to be done and pursued, reciting it one hundred and eight times will ensure that hundreds and thousands of things will be accomplished. No other mantra can compare to this Wish-Fulfilling Wheel Dharani. Why is that? Because it thoroughly destroys bad karma from the past and present, as well as heavy obstacles. Whoever recites this dharani, even those destined to fall into the Avici Hell, will be liberated. Sins such as the five inexpiable sins can also be purified, let alone bad karma, demons, diseases, and everything else. If someone suffers from a one-day fever, a two-day fever, a three-day fever, a four-day fever, or pain day and night, or pain caused by wind, bile, phlegm, etc., reciting this mantra will eliminate and heal everything. If someone is harmed by poison or curses, or suffers from boils, itching, leprosy, eye diseases, wind diseases, madness, or headaches, or pain in the ears, nose, lips, tongue, throat, mouth, face, crown of the head, skull, chest, ribs, heart, abdomen, waist, back, legs, hands, etc., everything can be healed. No matter what kind of disease the body has, everything can be healed. Yakshas, Rakshasas, Vinayakas, evil demons, and ghosts will not cause harm. Weapons, armies, water, fire, wind, rain, and fierce hailstorms will not cause fear. Enemies, thieves, evil kings, and evil robbers will not cause harm. One will not die suddenly, nor will one have bad dreams.
