This realm of practice of the secret treasure should not be spoken to others. If someone wishes to attain the supreme accomplishment of my Cintamani Chakra Dharani, they should be single-minded, at all times and in all places, whether clean or unclean, they should always recite it, without any fault, and the number of recitations should be complete. Furthermore, one should recite the name of the Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara, the name of the Cintamani Chakra Dharani, and the name of that person. It is sixty times. This is the ritual of relying on and being close to, which brings wealth, servants, horses, and all comfortable equipment. If applied to the body, kings and, queens and, ministers and, servants and, men and, women, etc., will become friendly and happy, respect the laws of the path, and generate Bodhicitta. They will give generously without sparing their body's flesh and blood and, wealth, and will make offerings, which is beyond words. Just as one wishes to be seen by all the suns and moons, the things to be accomplished through practice will become prosperous and successful. Whoever holds this medicine, all the defilements will be purified and they will be liberated from all obstacles. They will be freed from being forcibly taken away by the power of the king, being washed away by water, being burned by fire, various kinds of weapons, poison and, the afflictions of bondage. If this ritual of preparing the medicine Akata is performed from the bottom of one's heart, everyone will become friendly and happy. By fumigating with this medicine, loans will be given at will. This is called the medicine ritual of Avalokiteśvara, the Lord of Freedom, which makes others friendly and happy. From the Cintamani Cakra Dharani of Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara, the third chapter of the ritual of preparing the medicine Akata, which makes others friendly and happy. Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara, again, out of compassion for sentient beings, proclaimed the ritual of the medicine Karmur, which makes everyone like and happy, grinding camphor and, musk and, saffron into fine powder, mixing it with ox-gall, reciting each of the three mantras mentioned above one thousand and eight times, mixing it with clean water, and making pills the size of the fruit of the Melia azedarach tree. Again, recite the previous three mantras one hundred and eight times and dry them in the shade. Do not let the sun and, wind touch them. For each pill, also recite the previous mantras.
