You will see the one with..., thus fulfilling all wishes. If you continue for twenty-one weeks, you will attain the power of miraculous feet. The doors of the palaces of the gods of the form realm will open naturally, so that you will be able to see everything. The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, as well as the pure Buddha lands, will also be seen. If you continue for one year, you will attain the five completely pure eyes. Anyone who wishes to accomplish this practice ritual should generate great faith in this teaching and have compassion for sentient beings. If there is no doubt, then everything as described above will be accomplished. If doubt arises, then the ritual will be difficult to accomplish. This is the eye medicine ritual from the sandalwood jewel wheel of Avalokiteśvara. This is the fifth chapter, the chapter on eye medicine, from the wheel of the mind of the Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara. At that time, Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara, for the sake of compassion for other sentient beings, in order to accomplish all the purposes of practice, in order to completely destroy the obscurations of afflictions and transgressions, as well as all evil deeds, in order to subdue all enemies, in order to pacify the angry mind of Vinayaka, so that he does not harm many people and generates a loving mind, declared the auspicious ritual of the fire offering (হোং，梵文: हूं，hūṃ，seed syllable). Dig a site and make a square fire pit one cubit long, then mix jasmine, mustard oil, yogurt, honey, and butter in equal proportions. Cut agarwood, sandalwood, and various fragrant woods each into strips twelve fingers long and one finger wide. Burn them in the fire pit, take a small amount of medicine, recite the mantra once, and then throw it into the fire, completing it one thousand and eight times, then all karmic obscurations will be completely destroyed, and you will be able to live to one hundred and twenty years. If one performs the rituals properly between the two syllables "ྲག་", then kings, princes, great ministers, close attendants, and ordinary people will come to rely on and serve. If one performs the rituals properly for three weeks, then the gods of the Thirty-Three Heavens with their retinues, as well as the gods of the sun and moon and the Four Great Kings with their retinues, will also come near and protect them completely. Vajrapani will also bestow great accomplishments. Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara will also fulfill all great aspirations. If there is a scarcity of rain in the country, then consecrate mustard seeds and clarified butter with this mantra, and burn them in the fire within three umbrellas, and it will rain. If the rain is too heavy and cannot be stopped, then take the ashes from that stove, consecrate them with the mantra one hundred and eight times, and scatter them into the sky, and the rain will stop. If fierce hail falls, or if a strong wind suddenly arises, then also take those ashes, consecrate them with the mantra one hundred and eight times, and scatter them in the direction where there are clouds, and it will subside. If one constantly recites this mantra, one will become like a powerful magician. After abandoning this body, one will be born in the blissful realm of Sukhāvatī. Until one attains perfect enlightenment, in all rebirths one will obtain the ability to remember one's previous lives. Then, Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara said to the Blessed One: "Blessed One, as I have taught, if any bhikṣu, bhikṣuṇī, upāsaka, upāsikā, man, or woman holds this Sandalwood Heart Wheel Dhāraṇī even once, it will undoubtedly be accomplished, so do not generate thoughts of doubt. All the wishes in one's mind will be fulfilled, so have great faith and do not generate doubt." Then, the Blessed One said to Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara: "You, with great compassion, have truly explained this excellent ritual of the Cintāmaṇi-cakra Dhāraṇī, for the benefit of all sentient beings in Jambudvīpa."

并且，赞叹道：“善哉！善哉！”无论谁发起菩提心，口中念诵，都将获得成就。虽然如此，但我会如我所教导的那样，再三殷勤努力地教导众生，为了使他们获得成就而示现身体。不要违背我的话语，我也会随喜赞叹。然后，观世音菩萨向世尊禀告说：世尊，我从无数劫以来，以慈悲之心教导众生，恒常守护并赐予成就，这是世尊您所知晓和掌控的。为了众生的缘故，我宣说了这个如意轮陀罗尼。无论谁受持，恒常自身念诵，达到一定的数量，愿望都将实现。我将以世尊的加持力，救度一切受苦的众生。当时，观世音菩萨大菩萨说了这个如意轮陀罗尼，所有的与会大众都非常欢喜，以极大的信心接受并修行。观世音菩萨如意轮陀罗尼中，火供护摩仪轨和药物配制篇，第六品完毕。圣观世音菩萨的秘密宝藏，无碍如意轮心中心咒圆满。校勘师和译师，世尊宗派的班智达法成，从汉文版本翻译和校对并确定。

And praised, saying, "Excellent! Excellent!" Whoever generates the mind of enlightenment and recites it from the mouth will attain accomplishment. Although this is so, I will show my body near in order to teach sentient beings again and again with diligence and effort, as I have taught, so that they may attain accomplishment. Do not contradict my words, and I will also rejoice. Then, the Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara said to the Blessed One: Blessed One, from immeasurable kalpas, I have been teaching sentient beings with a mind of loving-kindness and compassion. The Blessed One knows and controls that I have always protected them and granted them accomplishments. For the sake of sentient beings, I have spoken this Cintāmaṇicakra Dhāraṇī. Whoever takes and holds it, and constantly recites it themselves, when the number is complete, their wishes will be fulfilled. I will protect all suffering sentient beings by the power of the Blessed One's blessings. At that time, the Bodhisattva Mahāsattva Avalokiteśvara spoke this Cintāmaṇicakra Dhāraṇī, and all the great assembly were overjoyed and, with great faith, took it up and practiced it. The sixth chapter, the chapter on fire offering homa rituals and medicine preparation, from the Cintāmaṇicakra Dhāraṇī of Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara, is complete. The secret treasury of the noble Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara, the essence of the unobstructed Cintāmaṇicakra, is complete. The translator and reviser, the venerable Chos Grub, a follower of the Blessed One's tradition, translated, revised, and finalized it from the Chinese version. The Dhāraṇī called "The Essence of the Unobstructed Cintāmaṇicakra, the Secret Treasury of the Noble Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara."
