I shall draw the blazing light on the last circle of the wheel. After that, I shall draw one open lotus each in the four directions of the mandala. Furthermore, having drawn one wish-fulfilling jewel on each lotus, I shall draw blazing light on the four jewels. Furthermore, on that lotus with thirty-two petals, I shall place a figure of the Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara made of white sandalwood. Then, the second circle should be made one cubit in width. As before, I shall draw one open lotus each in the four directions. Furthermore, on each of those lotuses, having drawn three tiers of Mount Meru, on the tier in the northeast corner, I shall draw the god Maheśvara. On the tier in the southeast corner, I shall draw the powerful god. On the tier in the southwest corner, I shall draw the great Brahmā. On the tier in the northwest corner, I shall draw Indra. It is Kubera that is drawn. In the eastern water gate, draw the Youthful God. Then, in each of the four directions, draw the Four Great Kings with wrathful expressions, along with their retinues. Then, make the fifth continent one cubit long. On all four sides, draw fruit trees, flower trees, and various kinds of precious trees. Also, in all four corners, draw one Mount Meru of precious jewels each. In the four water gates, draw the water of the great ocean. The base of the inner continents of the mandala should be colored blue. Also, in the inner continents, at the corner of the southern side of the western water gate, open one water gate for the mantra practitioner to enter and exit. Also, make an image of Avalokiteśvara, the Lord of Great Compassion, with a thousand eyes and a thousand hands, and hang it in the center, facing east. Also, place a scripture with a thousand eyes and a thousand hands on top of the mandala with thirty-two lotus petals. In front of that image, also place sixteen sandalwood white water basins, various kinds of food, three white foods, and twenty-five plates filled with fruits and so on, a jar of incense water, vases decorated with various silks, and twenty-five decorated with flowers and branches of trees, twenty each of various flowers and garlands, twenty-eight butter lamps, perfumed incense and incense powder, and twenty incense boxes of that kind, banners painted with images of Bodhisattvas, and a total of twenty-five banners made of various silks. In this way, all the tableware, utensils, and vases, etc., used for offering should be made of gold, silver, and copper, etc. If it is not possible to have them made of precious materials, then clay ones are also acceptable. In this way, all these items should be drawn and arranged according to the Dharma on the four sides of the inner continents. Cushions and various flowers should also be shaped and scattered. Finished.
