This is it: Perform the mudra as before. Bend two fingers and press the nails of the two thumbs. With the fingernails of the fingers facing backwards. The mantra should be recited as before. By doing so, all wishes will be fulfilled, and one will not be harmed by evil spirits, nor will one turn away from the path of Bodhi. Eleventh, the Samadhi mudra of the Bodhisattva Thousand-Eyed's cessation of equanimity is: Perform the mudra as before, straighten the five fingers, and open the palms. This mudra was bestowed upon me by all the Buddhas, as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, when I was on the ground of former causes. I have directly realized the path of unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment. The mantra should be recited as before. Twelfth, the Samadhi mudra of the Bodhisattva with a thousand eyes inviting the Buddha is: As in the previous mudra, join the palms at the heart, and make the two fingers cross each other. The mantra is as follows: Om Sarva Buddha Samaya Ehi Ehi Brahma Shuddha Sattva Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་བུདྡྷ་ས་མ་ཡ། ཨེ་ཧི་ཨེ་ཧི། བྲཧྨ་ཤུདྡྷ་སཏྭ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्व बुद्ध समय एह्येहि ब्रह्म शुद्ध सत्त्व स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva buddha samaya ehy ehi brahma śuddha sattva svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, all, Buddha, vow, come, come, Brahma, pure, sentient being, Svaha.) The mandala ritual of the Bodhisattva with a thousand eyes and a thousand hands is: The mandala of the Bhagavan's mother with great miraculous powers, with this Dharma of mantra and mudra, in the time of the final age, mantra holders will be able to quickly and clearly see all the Samadhis equal to the Dharani mandala of the Tathagata's mantra. Mantra holders, whoever they may be, should always keep their speech restrained and not speak frivolous words. Miraculous powers, Samadhi, and various wonderful signs arising from Dharani should not be carelessly transmitted without careful examination. With a completely pure mind, abide in mindfulness, Do not be distracted even for a moment. If, out of greed for profit, one shows various different signs to others in the future, even if one wants to repent of sins, it will not be accomplished.

If one does not have complete faith and does not cultivate the thought of Dharma, then all that is done will be in vain, and one will only experience various sufferings. Therefore, it is never possible to truly accomplish anything. So, one must always diligently guard the completely pure precepts with effort, and not partake of the five kinds of meat and alcohol. If one speaks divisive words, deceitful words, or jealous words, or steals the rituals of mandalas, mudras, or vidya-mantras, then all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will abandon them. They will say, 'I have not measured you, so it is not appropriate to watch and accept.' World Honored One, those people destroy the completely pure precepts of all the Tathagatas, and slander and destroy the Three Jewels, the true Dharma, and all good qualities. Therefore, such people are always gathered together with the sons of Mara, all the ghosts and spirits, heretics, and Vinayakas, in the same state, doing the same things, and have no refuge forever. The noble ones will not protect them, and it should be known that they will always be cursed by all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, noble ones, gods, and sages. Those who destroy the path and destroy the Dharma, even if they always remember this dharani as a banner, World Honored One, I see that those people will never accomplish anything. That they cannot accomplish in this way is not my fault, but their own fault. Therefore, I will neither see nor hear the rituals and scriptures of this dharani, nor will I give them to be recited and held. Only those who guard the completely pure Brahmacharya, possess loving-kindness and compassion, have compassion for sentient beings, and completely pursue Bodhi, may write, read, recite, and hold it.

Therefore, the mandala of the earth will be manifestly accomplished. This Dharma practice is the most secret essence of the heart of the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Avalokiteshvara, therefore, the vidyadhara, with an upright mind and a mind of diligence, completely abandons the limbs, minor limbs, bones, flesh, veins, legs, head, eyes, etc. of the body, and gives them to others. If you want to fully practice this Dharma, constantly with a heart of earnest diligence to manifest accomplishment, then for the sake of the Dharma of the image of the Mother of Liberation's Dharani, mandala and mudra, giving away jewels, grains, silk, clothes, bedding, medicine and various kinds of wealth, needless to say, you should practice with one-pointed mind as the teacher has taught. Why is that? Because this Dharma of the Dharani of Liberation, in the degenerate age, can perform the deeds of the Buddha for sentient beings, and can accomplish the right conduct, the boundary of right action, right diligence, the direction of proceeding by view, and the path of liberation. From this time onwards, until enlightenment is attained, it will never turn back. The mandala can be in a temple, on a mountain top, where a spring flows, or in a forest. In all nearby places, more than one arrow-shot away, dig out and remove everything such as tree roots, bad ground, rubble, pebbles, bones, etc. From a good place, dig a foundation about one arrow-shot wide, tamp it flat, mix cow dung, perfume and yellow soil, make mud, apply it well and smooth it, and then divide it into five areas. Among them, the central area is about three arrow-shots wide. Only in the center, draw a complete jewel wheel that is two arrow-shots square, with one hundred and eight spokes. In addition, in the center of the wheel, draw an open jewel lotus that is one arrow-shot in size, with thirty-two petals. Furthermore
