将拉那茹、马油和芝麻油放入其中熬制，念诵咒语二十一遍后涂抹在身上，就能永远存活。或者，将酥油念诵咒语二十一遍后涂抹在身上，也能复苏。如果难产，将芝麻油念诵咒语二十一遍后，涂抹在孕妇的肚脐和阴道上，就能迅速生产。如果孕妇腹中胎儿已死，将一两藏菖蒲放入一陶罐水中熬制，待剩余一陶罐时，念诵咒语二十一遍后喂服，就能止痛，且无病痛地生产。如果胎盘无法娩出，服用此药也有益处。如果突然心痛难忍，这是名为“罗涅”的止痛法，将白菖蒲念诵咒语二十一遍后，尽可能多地给予并使其吞服，就能存活。必须戒酒和五种杂交动物的奶。如果被火烧伤，将温热的牛粪念诵咒语二十一遍后涂抹在伤口上，就能痊愈。如果虫子进入腹中导致生病，将半陶罐白马尿念诵咒语二十一遍后喂服，就能痊愈。情况严重时，喂服一陶罐，虫子就会像拧绳子一样自然排出。如果长了疖子，将捣碎的菝葜汁液念诵咒语二十一遍后，倒在疖子上，就能拔出根，很快痊愈。如果蜜蜂进入眼睛导致生病，将挤压的驴粪汁液念诵咒语二十一遍后，晚上滴入眼睛，就能痊愈。如果肚子疼，在干净的井水中放入二十一个未研磨的粗盐粒，念诵咒语二十一遍后，喝下半陶罐，就会有益处。如果眼睛浑浊，或者眼睛里长出赘肉，或者长出翼状胬肉，将克乌克策树的叶子捣碎挤出的汁液念诵咒语七遍后，在其中放置一颗琥珀珠子一夜。

If sudden heart pain is unbearable, this is called the "Ro Nye" pain relief method, recite the mantra twenty-one times over unground white Acorus calamus, give as much as possible and have them swallow it, and they will survive. 然后又用真言加持七遍，滴入眼中，便能复活。如果夜晚降临时，因恐惧害怕而感到不安，就用白线加持二十一遍真言，打二十一个结，挂在脖子上，就能远离恐惧和害怕。不仅能远离恐惧，还能获得福德，罪业也能消除。如果家中出现不祥之兆，就取尼泊尔苹果树的树枝，切成一千零八段，两头涂上酥油和酸奶，每念一遍真言就烧一段，烧完一千零八段，所有的邪魔都会平息。这也要在佛像前进行。取白菖蒲，加持一百零八遍真言，系在右臂上，在战场上战斗和说相关话语的所有场合都能获胜。克乌克策树的叶子或树枝都可以，切成段，两头涂上纯正的酥油和白色蜂蜜以及酸奶，每念一遍真言就烧一段，烧完一千零八段。一天做三次，一次念诵一千零八遍，连续七天，修真言者就能获得神通。如果想降伏强大的邪魔，就用龙胆草加持四十九遍真言，涂上酥油和蜂蜜，在观世音菩萨像前焚烧。将一两麝香放入青金石瓶中，放在观世音菩萨像前，加持一千零八遍真言，涂在身上或额头上点痣，天神、龙、妖魔鬼怪、人和非人都会非常高兴。如果有人被关进监狱，就用白鸽的粪便加持一百零八遍真言，涂在手上，再涂在监狱的门上，就能从监狱中解脱。如果夫妻像水火一样不和，就取燕子的尾巴，

If in a household, inauspicious omens occur, take a branch of a Nepalese apple tree, cut it into one thousand and eight pieces. Smear the ends with butter and yogurt, and reciting the mantra once for each piece, burn each one until all one thousand and eight pieces are burned, then all evil spirits will be completely pacified. This should be done in front of a Buddha statue. Take white calamus and bless it with the mantra one hundred and eight times. Tie it on the right arm, and one will be victorious in all situations of fighting on the battlefield and speaking related words. Recite the mantra once for each piece and burn each piece until one thousand and eight pieces are burned. Do this three times a day, reciting the mantra one thousand and eight times each time, and after seven days, the mantra practitioner will attain clairvoyance. If you want to subdue a powerful demon, bless gentian with the mantra forty-nine times. Smear it with butter and honey, and burn it in front of an image of the noble Avalokiteśvara. Place one ounce of musk in a lapis lazuli vase and place it in front of an image of the noble Avalokiteśvara. Bless it with the mantra one thousand and eight times, and apply it to the body or make a dot on the forehead, and all gods, nagas, demons, humans, and non-humans will be very pleased.
