Te O Tushta, Si Ni Khi Ta Pa Li Tishta, Ya Mi Jnya Ta O Dhushta, Ku La Ti Mashta, Khishta Svaha. After reciting this mantra five times, tie knots on a five-colored thread and attach it to the place where it hurts. This mantra was spoken by the Buddhas of the past, as many as the sands of forty Ganges rivers. Now, I also declare it for the sake of completely protecting the yogis, for the sake of completely eliminating all obstacles, for the sake of completely eliminating all malignant diseases, for the sake of completely perfecting all virtuous dharmas, and for the sake of completely abandoning all fear and dread. The Blessed One said: This mantra taught by the Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara is truly true and there is nothing untrue. If you want this Bodhisattva to come, burn Gugul incense twenty-one times with mantras, and the Bodhisattva will come. If someone is possessed by a cat demon, mix the ashes of a burnt cat skull with clean soil and make a cat image out of clay. In front of the empty-eyed image, bless a clean Urmo knife with the mantra one hundred and eight times. Cut it into one hundred and eight pieces, reciting the mantra once and reciting his name once, and he will be healed forever. If struck by a curse, mix equal parts of Gugul incense and camphor. Mix with a pot of clean well water and boil, and when about a handful is left, take it out. Recite the mantra one hundred and eight times in front of the empty-eyed image and drink it, and you will be healed. If bitten by a scorpion or snake, apply buckwheat flour that has been blessed with the mantra seven times to the wound, and you will be healed immediately. If wicked people rob and cause harm, make an image of the other party out of clean soil, flour, or beeswax. In front of the empty-eyed image, recite the mantra one hundred and eight times with an Urmo knife, cutting it once each time, and recite the name of the other party. After burning it, divide it into one hundred and eight pieces, and the other party will be happy and will respectfully serve and cherish until he is healed.

If someone is afflicted by an eye disease, causing the eyeball to be damaged, or discolored, or unclear, or covered by white and red membranes, becoming without luster, then take one fruit each of arura (Terminalia chebula), barura (Terminalia bellirica), and kyuru (Emblica officinalis), and grind them carefully. When grinding, cleanliness must be maintained, and one should not approach a woman who has recently given birth, dogs, or pigs. Recite the name of the Tathagata, mix with white honey and human milk, and apply to the eyes. Moreover, this human milk must be from a mother who has given birth to a boy; the milk from a mother who has given birth to a girl is not suitable. After the medicine is prepared, recite the mantra one thousand and eight times in front of an image of empty eyes, then apply it to the eyes, and for seven days, stay in a secluded room away from the wind. In this way, the eyeball will regenerate, eliminating blue and white membranes, and vision will become clear and bright. If someone is possessed by evil spirits and becomes mad, recite the mantra twenty-one times over the skin of a tiger, marmot, and wolf, and then wear it on the body, and they will be cured. If someone is bitten by a snake, take the earwax of the person who was bitten, recite the mantra twenty-one times, and apply it to the wound, and they will be cured. If one is shot in the heart by a severe poisoned arrow, and life is in danger, mix a piece of Hovenia dulcis about the size of a hand with a full cup of clean water, boil it down to half, recite the mantra seven times, and then pour it down all at once, and they will be cured. Moreover, this medicine should not be boiled in front of a woman. If one is possessed by a zombie ghost and becomes chronically ill, burn gugulu incense after reciting the mantra twenty-one times, and then fumigate the nose with the smoke. One must abstain from meat, alcohol, the five dairy products, and harsh words.
