On the side of manifestation. The practitioner, Is a great power. Through the accomplishment of wisdom and asceticism, one should always be attached to everything. If one attains the state of manifestation, the wandering in the sky is the state of manifestation. Even if many powers become constant, whoever is not intoxicated is the wisdom of mantra. The fruit of secret mantras is complete, and it is also adorned with the power of wisdom. That intoxicated state is the supreme path, which is revealed by the wisdom of one's own power. The secret supreme of the Vajra holder, what is the flawless Brahma? Whoever attains it and turns to bliss is like the complete Victorious One. He who is joyful and powerful is a man of recitation, meditation, and asceticism. The fire of the nature of secret mantras burns away all sins. In places, food, and cold, rain, wind, and heat. When will it be that one does not think and changes? At that time, the fruit of karma is certain. In sound or also in form, whoever is diligent is not foolish. He should know that he has become close, and the ascetic abandons harm. Whoever, just by seeing, turns all sentient beings to love. That is the near accomplishment, and all obstacles are removed. The boundary of happiness and suffering, desire, anger, and fear. The causes of disease, death, and harm, etc., lie in the mantra practitioners. When one has become close, time, body, action, and deeds. On the fruit of Dharma and non-Dharma, at that time, one does not rely on mantras. Close to the mantra of knowledge, desire, accomplishment, and likewise supreme. Even if one has committed a thousand sins, one can endure them without doubt. The accomplishments of knowledge-born and substance-born, and medicine, or also for embodied beings. Having become close and the accomplishment of mantras, always act freely. The sequential division of the latter part of meditation is complete. In general, there are fifty-three shlokas.

Om, the Bhagavan, the wish-fulfilling jewel, residing on the summit of the vajra jewel, spoke thus to the Bodhisattva Vajrapani: "O sons of the Victorious Ones, for those Bodhisattvas Mahasattvas who wish to abide in enlightenment, who wish to be the protectors of all sentient beings, who have taken the vows of the Bodhisattva's training, who have generated the mind of enlightenment, who possess great compassion, who wish to please all the Tathagatas, who wish to approach the assembly of the conduct of the great Bodhisattvas, who wish to attain the wisdom of all the Tathagatas, who wish to sport with unobstructed samadhis, dharanis, and the doors of liberation, who wish to attain the very treasury of space and the very jewel in hand, one should dedicate in this way: 'May the Buddhas, the Bhagavantas, and the Bodhisattvas who abide on the ten bhumis, and the Vajradharas, heed me. I, so-and-so, who have generated the mind of enlightenment, who abide on the path, offer and serve at all times all the Tathagatas and all the Bodhisattvas. May the Tathagatas who possess great power and the Bodhisattvas Mahasattvas who have attained greatness accept this, and may they always stabilize me with great power of merit and wisdom, and may they perfect diligence, the nature of diligence, peace, gentleness, the place of near peace, clairvoyance, and the perfections. ' Then, one should say again: 'Those who possess great compassion, heed me. I, so-and-so, have fallen into samsara, bound by bonds, imprisoned in a prison, lost the path of Dharma, tormented by the flourishing enemy of afflictions, without protector, without refuge, without savior, without place, without friend, without teacher, entered a wrong path, turned towards samsara, turned my back on nirvana, inclined towards the lower realms, falling into the lower realms, fallen into the lower realms, fallen into association with unwholesome friends, separated from wholesome friends.'
