Everything also gave rise to joy and contentment. Gleaming, radiant, resounding. From all the junctures of the limbs and minor limbs of the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, vajras were blazing everywhere, blazing like torches, universally and exceedingly spreading and blazing, and flames becoming one appeared, shining everywhere. That vision of blazing vajras illuminated all the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who currently dwell, live, and exist, and also teach the Dharma in the countless, immeasurable, and inconceivable realms of the ten directions. They teach pure conduct, which is good in the beginning, good in the middle, and good in the end, with good meaning, good words, unmixed, completely perfect, completely pure, completely purified, and correctly expounded, together with the Sangha of Hearers and the Sangha of Bodhisattvas, whose retinues are vast and extensive, shining everywhere. All those Bodhisattvas, in the presence of those Tathagatas, were illuminated by that great vision of blazing vajras, and they individually asked those Buddhas, the Bhagavat: "Bhagavat, whose is this great vision that is present everywhere?" Then those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, each said to their respective Bodhisattvas: "Noble sons, the one called the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened Buddha Shakyamuni, teaches the Dharma on top of Mount Sumeru in the Sahā world. Abiding in the middle of the sky, they circumambulated the Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha seven times, kneeling with their right knees on jeweled lotus vajra seats. Looking sideways at the Bhagavan, they prostrated to the Bhagavan. After being granted permission by the Tathagata, they sat down on their respective jeweled lotus vajra seats. At that time, in the eastern direction, in the world called Vajra Peak, the Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha Vajragarbha Vidarana is now dwelling, living, and existing. Then, the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyaksambuddha, Vajragarbha Destroyer, said to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Vajragarbha: 'Son of good family, in the western direction, in the world realm of Saha, the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyaksambuddha Shakyamuni Buddha, in the tiered mansion on the summit of the great Vajra Sumeru Mountain, teaches the Dharma discourse called the Dharani of the Tiered Mansion on the Summit of the Great Vajra Sumeru Mountain.' That Bhagavan emitted a great net of light from the urna hair at the crown of his head. That great net of light immediately provoked the evil Maras in that world realm, and all the sons of the gods, and also the sons of the gods of the Mara class, together with a great host of forces, came to harass the Bhagavan. However, through the power of the Buddha, they were bound by the binding of the five nooses, bound in that very courtyard of the Tathagata's retinue, and fell before the Bhagavan. Out of compassion for them, that Bhagavan instructed the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Secret Lord Vajrapani to subdue them. Then, the Secret Lord Vajrapani entered into the samadhi called the Great Door of Vajra Liberation. From all the joints and minor joints, vajras were manifested. This is the manifestation of the blazing vajra of those very vajras. Son of good family, that manifestation of the blazing vajra also illuminated the immeasurable, countless, and inconceivable world realms of the ten directions, manifesting as many world realms as there are grains of sand in the Ganges River. In those world realms, all the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who dwell there were inspired. The mandala of the retinue of those Bodhisattvas was also inspired, and those who attained miracles, the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyaksam
