And also the pretas, flesh-eaters, madmen and forgetful ones, and those who practice, those who hold snakes, and so on, and countless immeasurable, innumerable oppressors, and the son of the gods, the sun, and the son of the gods, the moon, and the gods of the seasons, and the gods of dusk, and all the gods of time, and all the gods of heaven and earth, are also one method. Thus, that Bhagavan turned the most excellent wheel of Dharma, the deeds of the Buddha were most excellently completed, the accumulations of merit and wisdom were most excellently perfected, having attained omniscience itself, great enlightenment, the perfections, and the grounds, he was most excellently upheld. His body was adorned with the thirty-two marks of a great being, all the limbs and details were completely adorned with the eighty minor marks. The crown of his head is unseen by all sentient beings. All the thorns of Mara were stirred up. The knowledge of suchness itself was gradually realized. He possesses the five eyes. He is endowed with the supreme of all aspects of knowledge. He is endowed with the wisdom of all-knowing. He is endowed with all the qualities of a Buddha. He has vanquished all the Maras and opponents, and all the hosts of evil ones. His speech and verses are sublime. He roars the lion's roar. He dispels the darkness of ignorance. For countless billions of eons, he has practiced generosity, ethics, patience, diligence, meditation, wisdom, skillful means, power, aspiration, and the perfections of wisdom, and having accomplished the marks of a great being with the thirty-two major marks and the eighty minor marks adorning his body, he is beautiful and sits upon a lion throne of the essence of a precious vajra lotus. Residing in the vast expanse adorned with numerous wish-fulfilling trees, where precious Kekeras, great Kekeras, Andanil, and great Thonkas dwell upon the heart-essence of many lotuses, and which is beautiful in every way, illuminated by the blazing light of countless virtues; praised by the umbrella handle adorned with jewels and vajras; shaded and protected by countless billions and trillions; blazing with glory like a golden mountain; the land becomes beautiful with the abundance of a light circle surpassing a thousand suns; like the full moon, all the world rejoices to see it; like a great wish-fulfilling tree, the Buddha's teachings truly flourish, teaching the Dharma: practicing celibacy, good in the beginning, good in the middle, good in the end, with good meaning, good words, unmixed, completely perfect, completely pure, and completely white, truthfully teaching. Then, from the urna hair between the eyebrows of the Blessed One's crown, a great net of light called "Universally Illuminating All Buddha-fields" arose, and that net of light illuminated this three-thousand-great-thousand world system, causing it to appear clearly. All those Buddha-fields, as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, also appeared clearly illuminated by that light. In those Buddha-fields, those Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, who reside there, also teach the Dharma in immeasurable palaces of tiered houses erected upon numerous lion thrones, together with those great Shravakas and Bodhisattva Mahasattvas. Together with monks, nuns, laymen, laywomen, gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, and mahoragas. All of them also truly and thoroughly teach the dharani of the tiered houses on the summit of the great Vajra Mountain. All of them also appear universally. In that instant, all those sentient beings became satisfied with all happiness. The deaf heard sounds. The blind gained sight. The insane regained their memory.
