It will be of long-term benefit and happiness, and ultimately, one will obtain and realize the unsurpassed wisdom of the Tathagata, which is without defilement and without obscuration. Whoever holds this Dharma discourse, recites it, causes others to hold it, causes others to understand it, and also extensively and truthfully explains it to others, makes offerings, writes it, causes others to write it, recites it, listens to it, and contemplates it, that person will soon realize the complete and unsurpassed perfect enlightenment. From now until one sits on the Bodhi tree throne, one will not fall into the lower realms. One will not be born into inferior castes. One will not be born into poor castes, nor will one be without wisdom, untamed, or short-lived, and in lifetime after lifetime, one will remember past lives. One will not forget the mind of enlightenment. One will be able to retain what is heard. One will be particularly delighted in solitary places. One will not have evil companions. One's words will be worthy of being heard and pleasing to the ear. One will have good fortune and a beautiful form. One will have great wisdom, great fearlessness, and power. One will be skilled in pleasing all the Tathagatas. One will be embraced by virtuous friends. One will completely abandon evil friends. One will be skilled in perfecting the perfections. One will be skilled in accomplishing all sentient beings. In the vast and boundless Buddha-fields, one will have miraculous powers. Until one sits on the Bodhi tree throne, one will not forget the mind of enlightenment. In this very life, one will not be overcome by obstacles, wrong guidance, accomplished mantra holders, bhutas, hordes of demons, matrikas, pretas, flesh-eaters, gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, great belly-crawlers, and all others. Unless matured, one will not face the moment of death. Therefore, all vidyā-mantras will be accomplished. Therefore, all the gods will protect, conceal, and completely safeguard. All its activities will become easy. One will enter the vows of the mundane and supramundane, and of all mandalas. Then, the venerable Ānanda asked the Blessed One, saying: Blessed One, what is the name of this Dharma discourse? How should we uphold it? The Blessed One replied: Ānanda, therefore, you should uphold this Dharma discourse as "The Manifestation of the Offering Cloud of All Bodhisattvas." Also uphold it as "The Unobstructed Turning of the Dharma Wheel of All Tathāgatas." Also uphold it as "The Expert in the Dharmadhātu of the Tathāgatas." Also uphold it as "The Destroyer of All Mandalas of Māras." Also uphold it as "The Subduer of the Retinue of Māras." Also uphold it as "The Thorough Realization of Entering Dependent Arising." Also uphold it as "The Characteristic of the Seal of the Holy Dharma." Also uphold it as "The Complete Establishment of All Vidyā-mantras, Mandalas, Mudrās, and Vows." Also uphold it as "The Samādhi Miraculous Display of the Liberation of Vajrapāṇi." Also uphold it as "The Dhāraṇī of the Terraced Mansion on the Summit of the Great Vajra Sumeru."
