From the seemingly present open mouth, laughter like a horse's neighing, "Haha!" arises. The wind of the time of destruction churns the rain-laden clouds, and a coarse stream of rain falls, completely filling and churning the ocean, causing great waves to surge. Like fire emerging from the mouth of a wild mare, the profound and firm sound of "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) causes the wandering beings to be terrified, scattered, and fleeing in panic, seeking refuge and submitting. When the bodies burning with a thousand suns are seen, like a dwarfish being with a collapsed nose, from within the sheath of a splendid vulva, various snakes coil, and the light of the jewel on the crown adorns the cheeks. Like a thousand assembled lightning bolts, the light rays from the yellow and red eyeballs adorn the tips of the rough, drooping, and upright hairs, intertwined and clear. A thousand snake hoods form an umbrella, and various snakes adorn the body as necklaces, belts, armlets, bracelets, and earrings. Holding in hand a burning, stainless, fierce, and unbearable vajra. From the fingers, great lion's roars of "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) emerge, threatening all obstacles and evil guides. From their eyes and mouths, the appearance of a great sound like the collapse of the sky arises, along with a multitude of great blazing flames. This burns the obstacles and evil guides who harbor hatred, making them ignorant, causing them pain, and making them experience unbearable, intense, harsh, painful, and unpleasant feelings. Threatened by these feelings, they seek refuge in the Three Jewels. At that time, the evil demon, seeing the obstacles and evil guides threatened by great feelings and seeking refuge in the Three Jewels, becomes terrified, panicked, and frightened, unable to find refuge, trembling like a tree moved by a strong wind, trembling violently. Even wanting to cry, they cannot cry, and their bodies become completely motionless like a painting. Then, the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, with the power of the Buddha, subdues the evil demon.ེ་, destroying all enemies, obstacles, heretics, and the mandala of demons. Having entered into the samadhi of the great gate of Vajra liberation, from the two feet of such a form, wrathful ones blaze forth, appearing terrifying. Possessing a fierce form, two great lion's roars, called Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ， हूं，hūṃ，Seed Syllable Hum), are emitted. These two fly far into the center of the sky like shooting stars. By the power of abiding in the sky, they circumambulate the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha Shakyamuni hundreds of thousands of times, immeasurably and infinitely. Then, they speak to the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, saying, "Son of the lineage, what shall I do? Command me!" Then, the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, remains silent. Again, from the center of his forehead, a Vajra wrathful one, with a great and terrifying form, unbearable fangs, fiercely opening his mouth in a terrifying manner, from his mouth, which transforms his lips into a fierce expression, like the sound of a great ocean stirred by the force of a violent wind scattering at the end of time, filled with the lion's roar called Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ， हूं，hūṃ，Seed Syllable Hum), causing all obstacles and heretics to flee in terror, their spirits broken and their directions confused. His hands, feet, nails, eyes, beard, and all his hair appear as blazing Vajras, filling and expanding throughout the entire realm of the three thousand great thousand world systems, subduing all the splendor of all splendors with his own splendor and driving them far away. The appearance of that blazing Vajra makes the light of the stars, planets, constellations, and jewels dim. It makes them neither bright, nor radiant, nor clear. Those wrathful deities circumambulated the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyak-sambuddha Shakyamuni Buddha countless, immeasurable, and boundless times. After the Bhagavan granted permission, he said to the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani: "Son of noble family, what should be done? Please command!" Then, the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, said to those great wrathful deities, the Vajra Wrathful Deities: "Noble beings, now let the evil demons take refuge in the Three Jewels! Abide in this samaya! Furthermore, those who harbor hatred, such as malevolent spirits, obstacles, and wrong views, who are fierce, possessing fierce minds, sinful, possessing sinful minds, hateful, possessing hateful minds, and those who do not enter the Tathagata's teachings, do not understand, and do not believe, let them all abide in the Tathagata's teachings! Thus, it will accomplish the long-term benefit, well-being, and happiness of all sentient beings." After saying this, those great wrathful deities, the Vajra Wrathful Deities, listened to the words of the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, and also upheld the Tathagata's teachings. At the same time, with one voice, a great lion's roar of "Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，梵文：hūṃ，梵文罗马转写：hūṃ，literal meaning: Hūṃ)" filled the entire three-thousand great-thousand world system. They spoke these foundations of secret mantras: Homage to the Buddha! Homage to the Dharma! Homage to the Sangha!
