The mantra holder, with great power, will cause the head to shatter into seven pieces. This mantra, possessing the wisdom of omniscience, is one who has obtained great power, called the King of Vidyas who summons all Yakshas. By merely reciting it, one is protected from all poisons and fears. Now, the method of accomplishing this will be explained: According to the previously spoken ritual of painting, the noble Avalokiteśvara should be drawn, with hair standing on end, holding a lotus stalk in his hand, a black lotus life-source hanging from his hand, wearing white clothes, and seated in the vajra posture. On the right side, the great leaders of the Yaksha hosts should be drawn, as follows: Victorious One, Completely Victorious One, Everlasting Mountain, Son of Secret Treasure, Excellent Jewel, Son of Good Conduct, Son of Loving-kindness, Son of Heroic Good Conduct, Brahma, Water Mind, and so forth. Many such Yaksha kings should be drawn, with the leaders of the Yaksha hosts holding bags and seeds, seated nearby. On the left side are the edge of the Completely Victorious One, the trunk, the one who has obtained complete victory, the Unobstructed One, and the Garuda King. All these Yaksha leaders are green in color, as before. On the right side of the Bhagavan, the vidyadhara also holds an incense burner in his hand, as before. The constellation Skag should be drawn. Then, the painting should be placed in a stupa containing relics or in another clean place, and the deity should be invited with this mantra: Namo Ratna Trayāya (Tibetan, Devanagari: नमो रत्नत्रयाय, Romanized Sanskrit: namo ratna trayāya, Literal meaning: Homage to the Triple Gem!), Namo Amitābhāya (Tibetan, Devanagari: नमो अमिताभ, Romanized Sanskrit: namo amitābhāya, Literal meaning: Homage to Amitabha!), Namah Yaksha Senāpataye (Tibetan, Devanagari: नमः यक्ष सेनापतये, Romanized Sanskrit: namaḥ yakṣa senāpataye, Literal meaning: Homage to the Commander of the Yaksha Army!), Nama Ārya Avalokiteśvarāya (Tibetan, Devanagari: नम आर्य अवलोकितेश्वराय, Romanized Sanskrit: nama ārya avalokiteśvarāya, Literal meaning: Homage to Noble Avalokiteśvara!), Bodhisattvāya (Tibetan, Devanagari: बोधिसत्वाय, Romanized Sanskrit: bodhisattvāya, Literal meaning: To the Bodhisattva!), Mahāsattvāya (Tibetan, Devanagari: महासत्वाय, Romanized Sanskrit: mahāsattvāya, Literal meaning: To the Great Being!).

O! Thus, one should recite three million times before the painted scroll. On the full moon day, fasting day and night, one should offer yogurt and milk tsampa torma to the Bhagavan. One should offer yogurt and molasses to the great Yaksha chieftains residing on the right side. One should offer sesame and sesame porridge to those depicted on the left side. One should offer agarwood incense to Avalokiteśvara. One should offer sandalwood incense. One should offer garlands of various flowers. To the chieftains residing on the right side, one should offer incense of five kinds of fragrant water and white oleander flowers. To the left side, one should offer incense of sala resin and Atimukta flowers. Having made offerings to the best of one's ability, one should recite eight thousand times. Thereafter, one should make offerings in the same way at the three times of day, eating milk and barley tsampa, and reciting on each white lotus flower, one should offer it to the Bhagavan before the painted scroll. Thus, until the end of one million recitations, all the depicted Yakshas will show their magical powers. The painted scroll will move, and the flowers will sway, and one will see them in the intervals between sessions. Then one will attain accomplishment, and all the Yakshas will be under one's control. One will also hear the sound of accomplishment in the sky. It bestows the supreme accomplishment of the knowledge-holder. The Yakshas will carry out whatever one seeks. If one does not attain accomplishment, one will become the king of all activities. Always in dreams, the Yakshas will grant the sight of auspicious and inauspicious signs. The root discernment of the Bhagavati Arya Tara, with her hair piled upwards, is vast and complete, born from the samadhi, and all the Yakshas come together, the great king of knowledge, is complete. Then again, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Arya Avalokiteśvara spoke to the lord of the bhutas, the son of the gods, Powerful One: Son of the gods, great in magical power, you will enter according to your lineage. The Bhagavati, the great queen of knowledge, the great king of discernment, I shall explain. Among them, these words of mantra are also the knowledge-mantra for all worldly people.
