Sell the substance of non-retrogression. A vase filled with treasures is beautiful. Offer with the form of pleasing beings. There is no doubt about this peaceful transformation. Even if the Naga king Jogpo seizes, one can escape in an instant. This Manjushri is not the power of another, but the power of the noble Avalokiteshvara. Power and blessings. The merits of this compassionate one cannot be expressed in words, but I will mention a small part. Om Vajrasattva samaya, manupalaya Vajrasattva tenopa, titha dridho me bhava, suto shyo me bhava, supo shyo me bhava, anurakto me bhava, sarva siddhi me prayacha, sarva karma sucha me, chitam shriyam kuru hum, ha ha ha ha ho, bhagavan sarva tathagata, vajra ma me murcha, vajra bhava maha samaya sattva ah. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) Blessed One, the deed has been done and is being done, the burden has been abandoned, following one's own benefit, severing the connection of existence, liberated from the true word, all powerful Bodhisattvas, attaining the supreme other shore, transcending existence, completing the two accumulations. Ah, compassionate one who strives for the benefit of others, extremely loving to all sentient beings, the only friend of all three realms, skilled in saving infinite sentient beings. Hrih, protect all suffering beings, abandoning the three stains, reaching the other shore, attaining the six superknowledges, the banyan tree, the marks of a great person, possessing the thirty-two marks, adorned with eighty minor marks, body color like the color of crystal, like the rising sun shining on a snow mountain, tall in stature, blazing with light, the light of the five Buddha families shines on the body, the hair is tied in a topknot upwards, the Buddha Amitabha resides on the head, subduing all the Naga clans, the trident is entwined with snakes, holding the blessings of the three family protectors, praising the cutting off of the root of the three poisons, holding a stainless lotus, the sword of perfect wisdom shines, the head of a Brahmin purified of afflictions, filled with fragrant flowers, gathering the Naga clans from all directions, with snakes as the Brahmanic thread, beautiful and praised. Simha, residing on a lotus seat, subduing the four maras, residing on a white lion seat, in order to accomplish the desired meaning, adorned with various jewels, each pore, becomes the supreme of sentient beings, prostrations and praises to the compassionate one. Ta, bestowing the empowerment of the Dharma king, the goddess Tara follows, saving from the eight fears, body color green, eliminating harm, bestowing fearlessness, the lotus is the nature of great compassion, paying homage and praising.

The white-clad mother acts as instructed, the wish-fulfilling wheel turns in bliss, all desires are fulfilled and suffering ceases, praise to the one who saves from the eight fears. Phaṭ. Hayagrīva, the wrathful form, the noble Hayagrīva destroys the four māras, Krodha Blue-Neck subdues the wicked, praises the one who subdues the nāga-māras with Hūṃ. Nā. The sky-like nāga king Varuṇa, seeing the face of the water god teacher, greatly rejoices in the teachings and subdues all nāgas, sees the truth of the first bhūmi, holds the relics of the Sugata, praises the nāga king's bodhicitta. Whoever rises in the morning, bathes with fragrant water, abides in cleanliness, and in front of the Great Compassionate Lion's Roar, reads this dhāraṇī, or asks, or holds, or causes others to read, or recites it, reciting the heart mantra and dhāraṇī, then leprosy, scabies, smallpox, tumors, malignant sores, ringworm, itching, eczema, scrofula, boils, edema, emaciation, kidney perforation, accumulation of the five viscera, accumulation of various diseases in the maṇḍala of spells, lung disease, difficulty in breathing, and all accumulations of wind, bile, and phlegm will be liberated. This Mañjuśrī dhāraṇī is blessed by all the Tathāgatas. Whoever, or a great king, writes this dhāraṇī on a scroll and holds it, reads it, fully understands it, makes offerings, writes it down, in a village, or a city, or a town, or a region, or a king with his country, or in a monastery, holds this scroll, then the great black deity, the four great kings, the nāga king Varuṇa, and the eight great nāga kings will follow like a shadow, and within a thousand yojanas, those who attack back, gods, nāgas, yakṣas, and demons
