Because one will see the one endowed with great compassion, all wishes will be completely fulfilled. If given for twenty-one weeks, one will obtain the power of miraculous feet. The Buddhas of the ten directions, the Bodhisattvas, and the pure Buddhafields will also be seen. If given for a year, one will obtain the five completely pure eyes. Whoever wishes to accomplish this practice ritual should have great faith in this teaching and be compassionate towards sentient beings. If there is no doubt, as mentioned above, everything will be accomplished. If there is doubt, it will be difficult to accomplish the rituals. Vajrapani will also bestow great accomplishments. Avalokiteśvara will also widely fulfill all great aspirations. If there is little rain in the country, bless mustard seeds and butter with this mantra, and burn them in the fire within three umbrellas, and rain will fall. If the rain is too heavy and cannot be stopped, take the ashes from the stove, bless them with the mantra one hundred and eight times, and scatter them in the sky, and the rain will stop. If evil hail falls, or a violent wind suddenly arises, take the ashes, bless them with the mantra one hundred and eight times, and scatter them in the direction of the clouds, and it will be pacified. If one constantly recites this mantra, one will become like one with great power. After abandoning this body, one will be born in the Sukhavati realm. Until one attains perfect enlightenment, in all lifetimes one will obtain the ability to remember one's previous lives. Then, the Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara said to the Blessed One: "Blessed One, as I have taught, this Sandalwood Heart Wheel Dharani, if any bhikkhu, bhikshuni, upasaka, upasika, man, or woman holds it even once, they will surely achieve it without fail, do not have doubts. All wishes will be fulfilled, so have deep faith and do not doubt." Then, the Blessed One said to the Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara: "You, great compassionate one, have well explained this extensive ritual of the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel Dharani, for the Jambudvipa.
