Cardamom and, nutmeg and, caoguo and, lotus and, blue lotus and, gold foil, all mixed in equal parts, crushed and mixed with white honey. After reciting the previous mantra one thousand and eight times, apply it to the body, or apply it to clothing, or apply it to the eyes, or apply a tilaka to the forehead, if applied to the body, then the king and, the queen and, the ministers and, the servants and, men and, women, etc., will be loving and joyful, and will respect the Dharma of the path, generate Bodhicitta, and will not be stingy in giving and offering their flesh and blood and, wealth, etc., it is beyond words. Just as all the sun and moon are happy to see, the things practiced will prosper and be accomplished. Whoever holds this medicine, all the obscurations of sins will be eliminated and purified, and will be liberated from all obstacles. They will be forcibly taken away by the power of the king, will be washed away by water, will be burned by fire, will be liberated from all kinds of weapons, poisons and, the afflictions of bondage. If you perform this ritual of preparing the pill Agada from the bottom of your heart, then everyone will be loving and joyful. Fumigating with this medicine will freely grant loans of things. This is the medicine ritual of Avalokiteshvara to make others loving and joyful. From the Cintamani Chakra Dharani of Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara, the third chapter of the ritual of preparing the pill Agada to make others loving and joyful. Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara, also out of compassion for sentient beings, taught the ritual of the medicine Karmura, which makes everyone love and rejoice. Grind camphor and, musk and, saffron into powder, mix with bezoar, then the three mantras mentioned before, each recited one thousand and eight times, mix with clean water, make pills the size of Melia azedarach fruit, then recite the previous three mantras one hundred and eight times, dry in the shade, do not let the sun and, wind blow on them, and then recite the previous mantra on each pill.

Recite seven times seven in three ways, then hold one pill in your mouth, and if you speak to a king, a minister, a close attendant, or a large crowd of people, they will give you respect, and without sparing wealth and jewels, all needs will be fulfilled. All words spoken will be trusted and listened to. Even if there is a gatekeeper, they will all listen and do as you say. When holding the medicine pill in your mouth, always recite the mantra, and Avalokiteśvara will fulfill all wishes. In front of the image of the Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara, make a square mandala with incense water, four cubits in length, and then inside the mandala, spread out various kinds of plant flowers as available, burn white sandalwood, take out the previous medicine pill, and place it inside the mandala. Erect four banners, hang curtains and white cloths, and also draw four white lotuses on top of the mandala. After making offerings to the Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara, recite the heart mantra and the heart-of-heart mantra one hundred and eight times. Also recite the body mantra one hundred and eight times, burn white sandalwood, and scatter flowers, and at that time all wishes will be fulfilled. Take the medicine from inside the mandala and wear it on your body, and wherever you go, all needs will be fulfilled. All words spoken will be trusted and listened to. All endeavors will be successful, except for cases where you do not do it with one-pointed mind. This is called the ritual of holding the medicine pill in the Cintamani Wheel.

Generate a mind of love and compassion for all sentient beings, and then place these medicines at the feet of the Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara. If applied continuously for three weeks, you will become friendly with kings and great ministers. If applied continuously for four weeks, yakshas and their retinues will make offerings to you. If applied continuously for five weeks, asuras, nagas, yakshas, and rakshasas will serve you. If applied continuously for six weeks, then
