安住于极喜之处，以及极为贤善的菩萨，还有天、龙、 寻香、 罗刹、 非人等一切安住于佛法的无量眷属，也同时赞叹称颂。此后，菩萨观世音自在又向世尊禀告说：世尊，此明咒能摧毁极其广大的业障之山，因此，无论是谁听闻，或是读诵，或是念诵，或是受持，或是见到，那么，他们所有的无明业障，都将得以清净。此外，无论是谁，经常在清晨起身，以恭敬心读诵或念诵此佛母陀罗尼二十一遍，菩萨观世音自在将恒常跟随其后，进行守护和救护。无论是谁，想要迅速成就一切广大的愿望和广大的三摩地之门，就应独自住在寂静处，忆念菩萨观世音自在，不忆念其他，恒常念诵此陀罗尼一百零八遍，那么，没有任何愿望不能成就。此外，（此人）将受到一切有情众生的喜爱，不会堕入一切恶趣之门。无论是否拥有（佛像），如果能恒常生起佛陀就在眼前的觉知，那么，此人将在无数百千俱胝的生命中，所积累的一切罪业都得以清净。此人将享用一千转轮王的圆满福德。一切生世都将与菩萨观世音自在一同降生，并降生于贤善的家族。无论是谁，恒常在菩萨观世音自在的圣像前，供养一把香或花，并念诵此陀罗尼

Abiding in the place of great joy, as well as the extremely virtuous Bodhisattvas, and all the immeasurable retinue of gods, nagas, yakshas, rakshasas, and non-humans, etc., who abide in the Dharma of the Buddha, also simultaneously praised and extolled. Then, Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara again said to the Blessed One: Blessed One, this vidyā-mantra can destroy even the extremely vast mountains of obscurations, so whoever hears, reads, recites, upholds, or sees it, then all their dark obscurations of afflictions will be purified. Furthermore, whoever constantly rises in the morning and recites or chants this mother's dhāraṇī twenty-one times with a respectful mind, Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara himself will always follow after them, protecting and saving them. Whoever wishes to quickly accomplish all great aspirations and great doors of samādhi, should dwell alone in a secluded place, remember Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara, not remember others, and constantly recite this dhāraṇī one hundred and eight times, then there will be no aspiration that cannot be accomplished. Furthermore, (this person) will be loved by all sentient beings and will not fall into all the doors of the lower realms. Whether there is (a Buddha image) or not, if one constantly arises with the awareness that the Buddha is right in front of them, then all the sinful actions accumulated by that person in countless hundreds of thousands of kotis of lifetimes will be purified. If one recites it twenty-one times, one will obtain the qualities of the great thousandfold world and the Dharma nature of great compassion. That person will ultimately and quickly attain great power in this world. If someone constantly gazes upon the face, eyes, name, and marks of a Bodhisattva, and recites this dharani one thousand and eight times, the Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara will quickly manifest his true form, and the yogi will see him. Thus, one will be free from defilements, attain the first bhumi, and the samadhi of recollecting the Buddha, illuminating the world with light. At the time of death, one will die as if entering into meditation and samadhi, and in all lifetimes, one will attain the wisdom of recollecting past lives. All sins and transgressions will be dissolved and purified. One who wishes to uphold this dharani should always, from the first to the tenth day of the first month of spring, the middle month of summer, and the last month of autumn, observe the Uposatha, abide in the precepts, wear clean white clothes, eat three white foods, and in front of a stupa containing relics, or in front of relics, make a mandala one cubit square from white sandalwood paste. Scatter various flowers and incense within the mandala, burn incense before the image of the Tathagata, fill lamps with ghee, and generate a respectful mind towards all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.
