One should hold a lotus in the hand. At the northern gate, with the rite called Vajra Great Peak, one holds a vajra and a noose in the hand. Then, at the entrance gate, a vase is filled with water of sandalwood, saffron, musk, and camphor, wrapped with white cloth and adorned with ornaments, and always kept with the seven precious things. One should also make offerings with as many kinds of torma as possible. The mandala should be well adorned in various ways. Offerings should be made with incense, garlands of lamps, flowers, fragrances, and unguents. As long as one enters, the disciples are protected by the rite, and then the essence of Amoghasiddhi is recited, and empowerment is given by the wrathful Amoghasiddhi. By merely giving empowerment, one will be completely held by all the Tathagatas of the three times. By the blessings of the Protector of the World, one will enter after the vows of all the Tathagata families. The vows of the Amoghapasha family and all siddhis will manifest. All that is thought and entrusted will be accomplished. Likewise, one will enter after all vows. All vows, mandalas, secret mantras, mudras, and subtle rituals will manifest. One will be completely liberated from all sins, evils, and karmic obscurations. One will be endowed with all the qualities of the Tathagatas. Gods, asuras, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, guhyakas, and the immaculate abodes of vidyadharas and those who move in the sky, those who move in the water, the vidyadharas who walk in forests and gardens, will completely possess one-sixth of the chakravartin. All the guhyakas will also be employed by this person. Any god, naga, yaksha, gandharva, asura, garuda, kinnara, mahoraga, human, or non-human who wishes to harm that person, whoever thinks unfavorably of the vidyadhara, the abodes and bodies of all those will be destroyed.

On the right is the goddess Tara offering flowers, adorned with all ornaments. On the left is the goddess, the queen of vidyas, offering a great precious jewel, adorned with all ornaments. At the feet of Lokeshvara, the vidyadhara kneels, holding a bowl and a rosary in his hands, looking at the Bhagavan. In front of that image, make a mandala of white sandalwood and offer saffron. Place the wrathful king on that mandala and recite a hundred thousand times before him. Then, that image will move and shake, walk, emit light, utter words, give the blessing of "good," and place the right hand on the crown of the head. All that is thought of in the mind and all that is supreme will be completely fulfilled. That vidyadhara will also become ablaze himself, rise into the sky, and the vastness of meaning will appear, becoming the chakravartin vidyadhara called "Realization of Immaculate Siddhi." He will become the chief and king of the sixty-eight hundred thousand chakravartin vidyadharas. The life of the deity will become seventy-two hundred thousand trillion kalpas. When the end of the kalpa is completed and that night has passed, he will attain perfect enlightenment. Just like Sukhavati, this world will be transformed into the form of an immeasurable palace, and the measure of life will become immeasurable kalpas. He will teach the dharma of the mandala of liberation of meaning, the mudras, and all the detailed rituals. After that, the world
