You bestow knowledge, O Vidyadhara, you have accomplished the essence of the meaningful noose, all the detailed rituals, the mandala, and the sequentially arranged mudras. Noble being, you will be prophesied in the realm of Sukhavati, completely purified by your own nature, until you attain the unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment of Buddhahood. Noble being, your own nature will never regress, and you will become the Chakravartin of the meaningful Vidyadharas. Those beings who, relying on this mandala, enter into virtuous conduct and supreme aspiration, all sentient beings will be prophesied to attain the unsurpassed Nirvana, never to regress. If evil beings, those who revile the outcasts of mantra, enter therein, blood will flow from the image, and an unceasing sound will arise. The protector will not be seen, this earth will not shake, this mandala will not burn. At that time, it will appear to the Vidyadhara in a dream, and that will not change. Just as it is seen directly, it will appear in a dream, and all that is thought in the mind will be completely fulfilled. Therefore, the Vidyadhara should examine well and scrutinize separately, and then allow beings to enter the mandala. The practitioner should speak truthfully, properly subdue the senses, be loving towards all beings, be compassionate towards all beings, speak truthfully to others, be prudent in speech and have faith, be endowed with respect, hold right views, abandon wrong views, take refuge in the Three Jewels, and always respect the Guru. These are the beings that should be allowed to enter. One should be extremely cautious, always maintain cleanliness and purity, and abandon impure foods, leftovers, defiled substances, mixed substances, foods mixed together in one place, slightly washed foods, as well as foods mixed with alcohol, meat, onions, garlic, and leeks. One should also abandon one's own leftovers. Leftovers should always be abandoned, and these should be remembered in the ritual of practice. Do not touch the face with defiled hands, do not discard the alms bowl. Always do not cut things halfway, and these extremely defiled things should never be eaten.

Do not open your mouth. Eat clean food with clean hands, and by holding your fingers together, avoid touching your mouth and face, etc. Eating in this way is the most beautiful and wise. Then, when the vidyādhara has completely accomplished the work and the activities of the mandala are well completed, there will be no bleeding. Then, Noble Avalokiteśvara extends his hand, takes the hand of the vidyādhara, and leads him into the mandala, untying the jewel called "Extremely Immaculate Appearance" from his own neck and placing it around the neck of the vidyādhara. He places his hand on his head and says, "This is the eldest son." The moment the jewel is tied around his neck, he will go into the sky. He will see the secret samaya and mandala of the general family of all the Tathāgatas. Until he reaches the Bodhi tree, in all lineages, the meaningful king of vidyādharas will become a universal monarch. The detailed ritual of the meaningful king, and the great mandala will always appear, and the top of the victory banner will rest between the eyebrows. He will attain the samādhi called "Vast Immaculate Appearance, Meaningful Wisdom Transformation." Whoever attains this samādhi will be able to show the miraculous transformations of the accomplishments of all sentient beings in the world. He will show the great power of all mudras, mandalas, detailed rituals, practices, samayas, and secrets. He will show all the transformations of the great meaningful universal monarch. He will obtain the blessings of the meaningful samaya and the infinite secret samayas of the Tathāgatas. Whoever obtains the samaya will know that it is the same as the samaya of all the Tathāgatas of the three times. He will show the transformation of the equality of the Tathāgata's samaya. Then, after the vidyādhara has completely accomplished all the activities of the mandala ritual, he places Avalokiteśvara, together with the relics, in a secluded and clean place, with clothes...

Prepare a sandalwood seat and place it on top of it. Offer incense of agarwood, and like one day, in the morning, without speaking to others beforehand, recite one hundred and eight times, offering to the king of vidyā-mantras. Then, the image of the noble Avalokiteśvara will blaze forth. Like one day, the image of the noble Avalokiteśvara will speak and utter words. Just as it is now, all of that will speak, both good and bad, past and future, and all that is happening now will speak. Whether it is longevity or the complete exhaustion of life, all of that will be shown and spoken. Whether it is the change of kings, or the fighting of enemies, or the fighting of foreign armies, or bad years, or famine, or monasteries, or disease, or sickness, or demons, or harm, or injury, or cold, or wind and heat, or hail, or the fear of robbers, or the fear of fierce wild animals, or the fear of venomous snakes, or happiness, or good years, or the increase of fruits, or the increase of grains, all of that will speak, and all of those methods will also be excellently shown. For the vidyā-mantra holder, like one day, many special distinctions will be excellently shown. Do not show it to certain people, namely, those with hateful minds, the outcasts of vidyā-mantras, thieves, ungrateful people, rude people, those who are hostile to the noble saṃgha, those who rob the noble saṃgha, those who do not wish to learn and are associated with wrong views. Do not show these in their hands, do not let them hear, and do not even show them something as small as the tip of a hair. Do not show even a single letter of this detailed ritual, and do not let them follow it. Then, the vidyā-mantra holder will attain supreme accomplishment, and will obtain the secret maṇḍala of supreme liberation, which is extremely reliable. From whomever one obtains the great maṇḍala of the vidyā-mantra of the king of vidyā-mantras, one should generate the perception of him as the teacher and the guru. If one respectfully makes offerings with various offerings as if to oneself, then it is respect to me and respect to the guru. Offerings and
