I circumambulate seven times in the manner of empowerment. Then, merely by circumambulating in the manner of a mudra, the vidyadhara will receive the empowerment of a chakravartin. The great holy one will be accomplished. The great chakravartin king Sudarshana will appear before him in his own form. The vidyadhara will take his feet with his head and say: "Whatever the vidyadhara commands, I will do." All that is commanded will be done. The servant will naturally do all the work. Then, wishing to enter the abode of the vidyadhara, thus, having been there for three nights, take the hand mudra of the rope with your hand. At the door of the cave, encircle it three times with the rope. Recite the King Amogha, and then cast the rope. As soon as the rope is cast, all the doors of the cave of the abode will be opened. Illusory wheels, pegs, caves, great waterfalls, slopes, waterfalls, yakshas, rakshasas, and all unpleasant paths will be cleared, destroyed, and demolished. Those who have completely passed into nirvana, and those who have passed away, and those who have not yet come, and those who are appearing now, and those who have become Buddhas, and those who have the collection of the life-trees of the great stupas of relic essence, likewise, how can one see all those halls of the mandala. Apply it all over yourself, just by applying it, the color of the skin will become like the gold of the gods. The hair will turn blue and slightly curly. The eyes will become like the excellent blue lotus of the gods. Life will become a hundred thousand kalpas of the gods. The chakravartin of the vidyadhara will be surrounded by one hundred forty-eight thousand retinues. One hundred and forty goddesses and non-humans.
