One will be able to show the truth as it is sought. Wearing it on the neck, one will become invisible. Yakshas and rakshasas, as well as bhutas and flesh-eaters, and kumbhandas and great pretas, and non-humans will be controlled and will obey. Wearing it on the forehead, all the gods and nagas will be controlled and will obey. Wearing it on the right arm, one will have the strength of ten elephants. No foreign enemies or unfriendly ones, and all malice will be able to withstand, and one will become a chakravartin by strength. Wearing it on the left arm, the world of the four continents will be controlled and will obey. Wearing it on the left hand, whatever is touched will be controlled and will become one's own wealth. Wearing it on the right hand, going from the east gate of the city to the king's palace, clapping the palms three times, the king's consort and her retinue, as well as the city and countryside, and the king's palace, and women and men, and boys and girls, will become one's own.

Moreover, one will become the master of wealth. One can even control beings belonging to the animal realm, as well as wild beasts, deer, poisonous creatures, and other venomous beings. If tied to the right thigh, no matter where one enters—a garden, forest, cave, cavern, temple, or dwelling—the moment one enters, all wealth, all medicines, and all deities will appear before one in their own forms. If tied to the right buttock and right foot, one can even cross the great ocean, let alone the water of a great river only submerging the buttock. If tied to the left buttock, one can travel a hundred yojanas each day without fatigue, and also return. If tied to the left thigh and enters a great cemetery, one can control all the naked ones dwelling in all the cemeteries. Then, if that vidyādhara practices in that very place, the vidyādhara holds a full vase in his left hand and grasps that woman with his right hand, and enters the supreme great sacred place. In the center of that supreme place, one should spread out a lotus pond. Both bathe in that pond and touch each other with water. Merely by bathing and touching, one will become a vidyādhara of the wheel and a vidyādhara of the wheel-turning king. Seven hundred thousand vidyādharas will surround him, and his life will extend to ten thousand kalpas. The hair will also become slightly curly. One will become the lord king of the seventy-two immeasurable palaces of the forest abode. If someone called mother seeks help, one will completely raise him as if he were an only son. Rice, grains, clothes, utensils, jewels, pearls, coral, gold, and silver will all be completely accomplished. If someone called sister seeks help, one will be able to obtain all the necessary items and be able to abandon limbs. Each day, one will lead a celestial maiden covered in all ornaments. One will be able to create the wealth of a celestial palace. One will be able to create a celestial home and an immeasurable palace.
