By reciting this dharani of Vimala Ushnisha (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: Immaculate Crown), if one builds a stupa on any of the five great elements, all afflictions and obscurations will be purified. Furthermore, whether on land, wood, stone, clay, or dung, if one blesses it with this mantra of knowledge and builds a stupa, it will become the material for stupas of various jewels. 如果这样，无论在哪个大种上建造佛塔，都能清除无量劫的一切业障污垢，转生为家主种姓，如同巨大的娑罗树，获得不退转地。以这大明咒加持，在石头和木板等上建造佛塔，必定转生为婆罗门种姓，如同巨大的娑罗树，次第行过十地，获得十一地普光地。以这大明咒加持，在黄金、白银和吠琉璃等上建造佛塔，必定转生为王族种姓，如同巨大的娑罗树，获得金刚持地。此外，如果以这大明咒加持，即使建造一座佛塔，也相当于建造了无数座佛塔。如果没有以这大明咒加持，即使建造无数座佛塔，也和一座一样。为什么呢？和前面说的一样。这大明咒是：达雅塔。苏克什梅。苏克什梅。香谛香谛。尼尔库列。亚肖得卓。萨瓦布达。阿迪什塔那。阿迪什提帖。阿努米德 梭哈。（梵文：Tadyathā. Sūkṣme. Sūkṣme. Śānte Śānte. Nirkule. Yaśotejo. Sarva Buddhe. Adhiṣṭhāna. Adhiṣṭhite. Anumide Svāhā.）此仪轨是：在泥团上念诵二十一遍，建造一座佛塔就相当于建造了无数座佛塔。建造一百座的功德和利益，即使是圣声闻阿罗汉们也无法述说。建造一千座的功德和利益，即使是菩萨们也无法述说。建造一万座的功德和利益，即使是如来们也无法述说。建造十万座的功德和利益，即使是十方三世的如来们也无法述说。因此，建造五座以下的佛塔的供养仪轨是，首先加持建造佛塔的地方，或者制作佛塔泥土的地方，或者取佛塔泥土的地方，加持那里的土地神，并遮止住在土地上的邪魔，以及对佛塔和善事制造障碍的恶念，用大明咒加持墨线，念诵：嗡 班匝 索扎 吽 啪。（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སཱུ་ཏྲ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र सूत्र हूँ फट्，梵文罗马拟音：Oṃ Vajra Sūtra Hūṃ Phaṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，线，吽，啪。）

If so, no matter on which great element a stupa is built, it will purify the obscurations and stains of immeasurable kalpas, and be born into a householder's lineage, like a great sala tree, and attain the stage of non-retrogression. If a stupa is built on stone, wooden boards, etc., blessed by this great vidya, one will surely be born into a Brahmin lineage, like a great sala tree, and gradually traverse the ten bhumis, attaining the eleventh bhumi of Universal Light. If a stupa is built on gold, silver, beryl, etc., blessed by this great vidya, one will surely be born into a royal lineage, like a great sala tree, and attain the stage of Vajradhara. Furthermore, if one builds a stupa with this great vidya mantra, even building one stupa is equivalent to building billions of stupas. If one does not build with this great vidya, even building billions of stupas is like building one. Why? It is the same as before. The mantra of this great vidya is: Tadyathā. Sūkṣme. Sūkṣme. Śānte Śānte. Nirkule. Yaśotejo. Sarva Buddhe. Adhiṣṭhāna. Adhiṣṭhite. Anumide Svāhā. The ritual for this is: Recite this twenty-one times on a lump of clay, and building one stupa is equivalent to building billions of stupas. The merit and benefit of building a hundred stupas cannot be described even by the noble Shravaka Arhats. The merit and benefit of building a thousand stupas cannot be described even by the Bodhisattvas. The merit and benefit of building ten thousand stupas cannot be described even by the Tathagatas. The merit and benefit of building a hundred thousand stupas cannot be described even by the Tathagatas of the ten directions and three times. Therefore, the ritual for offering to build five or fewer stupas is to first bless the place where the stupa will be built, or the place where the clay for the stupa will be made, or the place from which the clay for the stupa was taken, and to bless the earth deity there, and to cut off the evil spirits dwelling on the earth, and the evil thoughts that create obstacles to the stupa and virtuous deeds. Then, apply the great vidya mantra to the thread, reciting: Oṃ Vajra Sūtra Hūṃ Phaṭ.
