Those Bhagavats turned the excellent wheel of Dharma, completely perfected the excellent deeds of the Buddhas, completely perfected the excellent accumulation of merit and wisdom, completely grasped the excellent omniscience, and attained the perfections and the grounds for the sake of great enlightenment. Their bodies, adorned with the thirty-two marks of a great being, blazed forth. All their limbs and minor limbs were adorned with the eighty minor marks. The crown of their heads was invisible to all sentient beings. They were skilled in all the works of demons, and they knew the minds and behaviors of all sentient beings. They possessed the five eyes, were endowed with all kinds of excellence, were endowed with the wisdom of all-knowing, were endowed with all the Buddha-dharmas, and vanquished all the hosts of demons and hostile forces. Like the king of golden mountains, glory blazes intensely. The ground is adorned with a circle of light surpassing a thousand suns. Like a full moon, it appears beautiful to all the worlds. Like a great wish-fulfilling tree. The Buddha's teachings are extremely prosperous and the Dharma is taught. Pure conduct, good in the beginning, good in the middle, good in the end. Meaningful, with good words, unmixed, completely perfect, completely pure, completely purified, truly and thoroughly proclaimed. Then, from the urna hair between the eyebrows of the Bhagavan, a net of light called "Universally Illuminating All Buddha Lands" was emitted. That net of light completely illuminated this three-thousand great thousand world system with its light. In whatever Buddha fields the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, were teaching the Dharma together with all beings such as Shravakas, Bodhisattva Mahasattvas, Bhikshus, Bhikshunis, Upasakas, Upasikas, Devas, Nagas, Yakshas, Gandharvas, Asuras, Garudas, Kinnaras, and Mahoragas, in immeasurable palaces stacked with various lion thrones, all those Buddha fields, equal to the sands of the Ganges River, were also completely illuminated by that light. Then, the Bhagavan spoke to the great assembly: For the sake of compassion for all sentient beings. All misdeeds and harms. Thoroughly destroying, each following. This dharani shall be thoroughly proclaimed. Even just hearing this. All sins will be exhausted. Giving happiness to all sentient beings. Liberating from all diseases. With compassion for all sentient beings. Those embodied beings who go to evil realms. For the sake of protecting all those. Spoken by the protector of the world. If protection is done with this. One will enter the abode of the Asuras. Likewise, one will also go to the one with matted hair and. The place of the Rakshasas. Beings, dragons, and flesh-eaters. Unpleasant.

In the terrifying battlefield, all beings and all enemies cannot resist. Merely holding and reciting the name, it can cause, to dry up, to madden, to forget, and, Dakinis, flesh-eaters, and all demons will be completely destroyed. By the glory of each follower, devouring great lights, harming the multitudes of humans, all of them will become stiff. Whatever unbearable curses there are, and, destroying the enemy's armies, will not be harmed by the power of mantras, completely liberated from the root karma. Poison and mixed poisons cannot harm, weapons and water cannot harm either, lightning cannot harm, and the winds of time cannot harm. By the glory of the Vidya Queen, all enemies will be completely destroyed, thereby accomplishing all things, and constantly attaining victory. Whoever constantly on the neck, or on the arm wears the mantra, all his needs, will be accomplished, there is no doubt about this. The great Bodhisattvas, and the Buddhas and the Self-Born, likewise the Dragon Kings, and the divine powers will always protect. For the mantra holders who follow individually, all the Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Buddhas, and the Vidyadevi with great miraculous powers, will always protect. Vajrapani and the Lord of Yakshas, likewise the four Great Kings, will protect him day and night, there is no doubt about it.
