གྱུར། །ལག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་གནོད་སྦྱིན་དབང་། །བདེ་སོགས་བདག་པོ་དབང་པོ་དང་། །འཕྲོག་མ་དང་ནི་ལྔས་རྩེན་དང་། །འཇིག་རྟེན་སྐྱོང་བ་འཕྲུལ་ཆེན་དང་། །ཟླ་བ་ཉི་མ་རྒྱུ་སྐར་བཅས། །མཆོག་ཏུ་མི་བཟད་གཟའ་རྣམས་དང་། །གང་ཡང་ཀླུ་ཆེན་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། །ལྷ་དང་དེ་བཞིན་དྲང་སྲོང་དང་། །ལྷ་མིན་མཁའ་ལྡིང་དྲི་ཟ་དང་། །མི་འམ་ཅི་དང་ལྟོ་འཕྱེ་ཆེ། །བསྲུང་ཕྱིར་རྟག་ཏུ་འབྲང་བར་བྱེད། །གང་གིས་རིག་པ་སྟོབས་ཆེན་མོ། །རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་ཆེན་མོ་བྲིས་ནས་ནི། །ཤེས་རབ་ཅན་གྱི་ལག་ལ་གདགས། །མཆོད་པ་ཆེན་པོ་འཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར། །རྟག་ཏུ་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པར་འོང་། །འཕགས་པ་རིག་པའི་རྒྱལ་མོ་སོ་སོར་འབྲང་བ་ཆེན་མོ་རྫོགས་སོ།། །།རྒྱ་གར་གྱི་མཁན་པོ་ཛི་ན་མི་ཏྲ་དང་། དཱ་ན་ཤཱི་ལ་དང་། ཞུ་ཆེན་གྱི་ལོ་ཙཱ་བ་བནྡེ་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྡེས་ཞུས་ཏེ། སྐད་གསར་ཆད་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་བཅོས་ནས་གཏན་ལ་ཕབ་པ། །སླར་ཡང་ལོ་ཙཱ་བ་གཞོན་ནུ་དཔལ་གྱིས་ཆོས་རྗེ་ཆག་ལོའི་རྒྱ་དཔེ་དང་བསྟུན་ནས་ཞུས་དག་པར་བགྱིས་སོ།། །། འཕགས་པ་རིག་པའི་རྒྱལ་མོ་སོ་སོར་འབྲང་བ་ཆེན་མོ།

成。手持金刚夜叉主，安乐等之主宰自在者，罗刹女及五嬉女，世间守护大幻化，月亮太阳众星辰，殊胜难忍诸星宿，所有大龙及诸天，以及如是诸仙人，非天，迦楼罗，乾闼婆，紧那罗及大腹行，为守护故恒常随逐。何人书写此明咒大威力，大幻化之后，系于具慧者之手，将获得广大的供养，恒常圆满具足。圣救度母随行母仪轨竟。印度堪布吉那弥扎（梵文：Jinamitra）和达那希拉（梵文：Danaśīla），以及校勘译师班智达耶谢德（藏文：བནྡེ་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྡེ།）校订，并以新译词语修订确定。其后译师琼努贝（藏文：གཞོན་ནུ་དཔལ།）又与法主恰洛（藏文：ཆག་ལོ།）的梵文版本对照校正。 圣救度母随行母仪轨。

Become. Vajrapani Yaksha Lord, Lord of bliss and so on, the powerful one, Rakshasa women and the five playful ones, Worldly protectors, great illusion, Moon, sun, and all the stars, Supreme unbearable planets, All the great nagas and all the gods, And likewise the hermits, Asuras, Garudas, Gandharvas, Kinnaras and Mahoragas, For protection, they always follow. Whoever writes down this great powerful mantra, After the great illusion, Tie it to the hand of the wise, Will receive great offerings, Will always be perfectly complete. The great follower of the Noble Queen of Wisdom is complete. The Indian Abbot Jinamitra and Danaśīla, and the Zhuchen translator Bande Yeshe De, edited and finalized it with new translation words. Later, the translator Zhonnu Pel also compared and corrected it with the Sanskrit version of Dharma Lord Chaklo. The great follower of the Noble Queen of Wisdom.
