The Great Following Dhāraṇī, Noble Queen of Wisdom. The Great Following Dhāraṇī, Noble Queen of Wisdom. In Sanskrit: Ārya Mahāpratisarā Vidyārājñī. In Tibetan: The Great Following Dhāraṇī, Noble Queen of Wisdom. Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! Thus have I heard. At one time, the Blessed One dwelt in the palace of the Great Vajra Peak, a place of stacked pavilions, the site of the Great Vajra Samādhi. It was well adorned with Great Vajra wish-fulfilling trees, and the Great Vajra ponds were illuminated by the light of jewels and lotuses. The ground was spread with Great Vajra sand, and it was blessed by the Great Vajra. The surrounding cloisters were made of Great Vajra. The great lion throne of Vajra belonging to the Lord of the Gods, Indra, was adorned with hundreds of thousands of billions of kotis. It was blessed by the blessings of all the Buddhas who teach the Dharma and possess miraculous powers, entering into the equality of all dharmas, and determined by omniscience. There were eighty-four kotis of nayutas of hundreds of thousands of Bodhisattvas, all of whom were bound by one lifetime, irreversible from unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, having obtained great power. With the liberation and samādhi of the Great Vajra, they manifested various transformations in the Buddhafields, constantly displaying great miracles. In a moment, an instant, a short time of mind, they followed the minds and behaviors of all sentient beings, teaching various pleasant, vast, profound, and extensive dharmas, endowed with fearlessness and miraculous powers. In the Buddhafields, they offered clouds of great offerings to the Tathāgatas, as well as the doors of liberation, dhāraṇīs, samādhis, faculties, superknowledges, unshared qualities, limbs of enlightenment, paths, grounds, perfections, skillful means, the four means of gathering, love, compassion, joy, equanimity, the power of love, and truthfulness. They were all those who possessed a continuous stream of pure mind, such as the Bodhisattva-Mahāsattvas.
