When the eighty-four thousand kings in these eighty-four thousand cities of Jambudvipa transform into loving hearts towards each other, transform into loving hearts and beneficial hearts, and do not fight, expose shortcomings, argue, or wage war with each other, but are happy in their own countries, therefore, great kings, along with your armies and attendants, Jambudvipa will prosper and flourish, the years will be bountiful, the scenery will be pleasing, it will be filled with many beings and humans, and the land will also become radiant. All the times, months, half-months, and cycles of years will also be endowed with the correct seasons. The planets, constellations, moon, and sun will also move well during the day and night. The flow of rain will also fall on the earth at the right times. The sentient beings residing in the entire Jambudvipa will also possess all wealth and grain, become very wealthy, be without stinginess, possess generosity, possess the path of the ten virtuous actions, and most will be reborn in the happy realms of the higher worlds. The palaces of the gods will also be filled with gods and sons of gods. Great kings, whichever one becomes a human king, having heard this king of the 'Golden Light Sutra,' will respectfully serve and make offerings. If a Bhikshu, Bhikshuni, Upasaka, or Upasika upholds this 'Ratnakuta Sutra'
