Having abided in one direction, those hundreds of thousands of Bodhisattvas, with their palms joined, praised the Tathagata, the source of gold and jewels, the stacked parasol, with these verses: The supreme body of the Victorious One is like pure gold, The body's color is completely golden. Like the king of golden mountains, the color is golden, The Sage, the white lotus, has a golden color. With excellent names, the body is completely adorned, With various excellent marks, the body is decorated. Like the light of gold, beautiful and blazing, Extremely immaculate and peaceful, like the king of mountains. The sound of Brahma and musical instruments, the melody of Brahma, The sound of lions and the sound of dragons, the melody proclaimed, The sound of the sixty branches proclaimed, the immaculate sound, The melody of the Victorious One, the sound of peacocks and kalavinkas. Extremely immaculate, stainless, radiant with splendor, The Victorious One is adorned with the names of a hundred merits. The ocean of wisdom, immaculate, stainless, supreme, The Victorious One, possessing all qualities, is like Mount Meru. With supreme compassion to benefit sentient beings, In the world, the supreme giver of happiness. The Victorious One is the one who teaches the sacred meaning, The one who leads to the bliss of Nirvana. The giver of the bliss of immortality, The Victorious One perfectly teaches the nectar of Dharma. The one who leads to the city of immortality, The source of all bliss, the place of happiness. The Victorious One liberates beings from suffering, Saves beings from the ocean of suffering. Leads beings into the path of peace, The giver of all happiness to beings. It is impossible to make an analogy to you, The ocean of wisdom and qualities of all guides. Your great compassion for all living beings, The power of love, skillful means, and diligence, From your ocean of qualities and wisdom, Even in millions of eons, It is impossible to fully show even a drop of qualities, Among gods and beings, there is no ability. Having taken a drop of qualities from the ocean of qualities, Thus, I have briefly explained a little. By whatever merit I have accumulated, May those sentient beings attain supreme Bodhi. Chapter Twenty-Seven: The Chapter of Praise. Then, the Bodhisattva Beautiful Crest rose from his seat, draped his upper garment over one shoulder, knelt on his right knee, and, facing the Blessed One, bowed with folded hands and praised the Blessed One with these verses: O Mighty Sage, you possess the marks of a hundred merits, adorned with the qualities of a thousand splendors. You display a vast and supremely peaceful color, your light radiates like a thousand suns. Light pervades, blazing with countless rays, filled with various colors, resembling jewels. Blue, white, golden, and beryl light, as well as copper, pale white, and crystal-like light. Vajras, mountain kings, and Mount Meru are reduced to dust, manifesting in countless fields. You pacify unbearable and intense suffering, satisfying beings with supreme bliss. Complexion and senses are clear and bright, pleasing to behold. Your form is inexhaustible to gaze upon, delightful for beings to see. Hair as beautiful as the color of peacock feathers, resembling the light filled with many bees. Adorned with pure compassion and qualities, accumulating meditation, love, and supreme merit. Possessing excellent marks and various colors, adorned with meditation, enlightenment, and limb-qualities. You are the supremely satisfying one, the benefactor, the giver of happiness, the source of all happiness. Adorned with various profound qualities, fields are countless, clear, and bright, beautiful with rays like the light of fire. Like the full sun in the sky, like Mount Meru, possessing all qualities, you are fully present in all realms of the world. Like milk, lotuses, and the moon, like the color of snow and beautiful white, the array of teeth adorns your face, like the king of swans in the sky. Your peaceful face is like the full moon, swirling to the right, resembling inward absorption. With white body light like beryl, you are beautiful like the sun in the midst of the sky.
