If one performs a fire offering a thousand and eight times with ghee, the heads of all demons will explode. One will be completely liberated from the harm caused by all spirits. All plagues and the like will be pacified. One will be free from all diseases. If one performs a fire offering a thousand and eight times with ghee and mustard seeds, one will obtain territory. If one performs a fire offering a thousand and eight times with seed incense and ghee, one will be able to destroy the fear caused by demons and the like, as well as enemy armies and the like. If one performs a fire offering a thousand and eight times with pine wood and ghee, the king's consorts and their retinue will rejoice. They will do whatever is desired. Whatever is requested will be obtained. If one performs a fire offering on a mountaintop with rhododendron resin, mustard seeds, and ghee, all the gates of the Asuras will be opened. One will become the king of vidyadharas. If one performs a fire offering a thousand and eight times with mustard seeds, sesame oil, and nagakesara, all nagas will be controlled. They will do whatever is commanded. Rain will fall in due season. There will be no fear of hail in the future. If one performs a fire offering a thousand and eight times with food, grains will multiply a thousandfold and become very abundant. If one performs a fire offering a thousand and eight times with salt, all yakshinis will gather and will grasp the feet of the master, saying, "Do not take my life, and I will do whatever you command." If one performs a fire offering a thousand and eight times with rice and ghee, one will obtain great glory. Facing the sun, if one performs a fire offering a thousand and eight times with nalisham wood, all the gods will constantly protect, save, and conceal him without interruption. One will obtain all glory. If one performs a fire offering with sesame seeds and mustard seeds in front of Pal Lhamo, wealth will greatly increase. If one performs a fire offering a hundred and eight times with arga wood heartwood and ghee, all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will be invoked. One will be free from all sins. All worldly and transworldly secret mantras will be manifested. One will be free from all diseases. One will conquer all enemies. All the sufferings of the world will not arise.

May it be accomplished! Through the power of this vidya-mantra, all happiness will be accomplished. All bad dreams and bad omens will disappear. All curses, all bonds, and all harms will never occur. Therefore, through the acts of burning offerings and so on, one attains the ultimate peace, bestows great happiness, obtains wealth, accomplishes meaning, and destroys all beings who fall into wrong views. The chapter on the accomplishment and expansion of burning offerings, the sixth ritual. Then, the Blessed One spoke to the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani: "Vajrapani, this is the king of peaceful rituals, possessing great and extraordinary qualities. This is the essence of all Tathagatas, the mother who gives birth to all Buddhas. This is the turning of the Dharma wheel by all Tathagatas. This is the going to the heart of enlightenment of all Tathagatas. This is the erecting of the Dharma banner of all Tathagatas. This is the blowing of the Dharma conch of all Tathagatas. This is the vajra seat of all Tathagatas. This is the defeating and destroying of all maras by all Tathagatas. This is the secret essence of all Tathagatas. This is the secret essence of all Tathagatas. Vajrapani, this subdues the afflictions of all beings in Jambudvipa. This destroys the sins of all Tathagatas. This dries up all the hells of all beings in Jambudvipa. It averts the world of pretas. It liberates beings from the animal realm. This dries up the birth, aging, sickness, death, sorrow, lamentation, suffering, displeasure, and conflicts of all beings in Jambudvipa. Vajrapani, however, the accumulation of merit, even if viewed with the divine eye or expressed by the wisdom of the Tathagata, cannot be fully exhausted, the difference in qualities is so vast and so profound."

殊胜丰饶等，如是辗转增上，是为大幻化之殊胜差别。大宝广大之无量宫，极其善妙安住，此秘密陀罗尼仪轨细妙之王，不会落入福薄众生之手，不会听闻，不会恭敬承侍，不会受持。若未曾见恒河沙数之如来，此极密之法如何能落入彼之手？如何能听闻？如何能恭敬承侍？如何能执持？手金刚，如来之秘密甚深难测。手金刚，若有以百千俱胝那由他恒河沙数之佛陀薄伽梵，于百千劫中，以安乐之资具，衣服，饮食，卧具，医药资具，食物，饮料，羹饭，饮品，车乘，宫殿，每日供养如是之如来，如是鲜花，熏香，香水，花鬘，涂香，伞盖，胜幢，幡旗，如是对一切如来作供养；若有以七宝充满三千大千世界，每日供养一切佛陀，亦不能生起大福德聚。手金刚，若有念诵如来之秘密一遍，则具足大福德聚，一切如来亦不能说尽。若有忆念如来之秘密陀罗尼王一遍，则如是宣说以上所说之功德差别，则为供养一切如来。以一切殊胜之所需资具，如是对如来之秘密，如是每日作供养。之后，所有聚集之眷属，以及天，龙，药叉，罗刹，阿修罗，迦楼罗。

The supreme abundance and so on, thus increasing more and more, is the excellent distinction of great transformation. This secret Dharani ritual, the king of subtle methods, the immeasurable palace of great and abundant jewels, which is extremely well established, will not fall into the hands of beings with little merit, will not be heard, will not be revered, and will not be held. If one has not seen the Tathagatas equal to the sands of the Ganges River, how can this supreme secret come into their hands? How can they hear it? How can they revere it? How can they hold it? Vajrapani, the secret of the Tathagata is extremely profound and difficult to fathom. Vajrapani, if one offers to the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, equal to the sands of a hundred thousand kotis of nayutas of the Ganges River, for a hundred thousand kalpas, with comfortable necessities, clothes, alms, bedding, medicine, food, drinks, soups, beverages, vehicles, and palaces, offering each day to such Tathagatas, and likewise with flowers, incense, perfumes, garlands, ointments, umbrellas, victory banners, and flags, thus making offerings to all the Tathagatas; if one fills the three thousand great thousand worlds with the seven precious jewels and offers them to all the Buddhas every day, it will not generate a great accumulation of merit. Vajrapani, if one recites the secret of the Tathagata once, one will be endowed with a great accumulation of merit, which all the Tathagatas cannot fully express. If one remembers the king of the secret Dharani of the Tathagata once, then by proclaiming the distinctions of the qualities mentioned above, one will be making offerings to all the Tathagatas. With all the excellent necessities, one will be making offerings to the secrets of the Tathagatas in this way every day. Then, all those assembled retinues, as well as gods, nagas, yakshas, rakshasas, asuras, and garudas.
