Will not fall under the control of all enemies. All thoughts and intentions will be completely fulfilled. Then the Bodhisattva Vajrapani and, the Lord of the Gods Indra and, the Four Great Kings, with their palms joined towards the Blessed One Galava, addressed the Blessed One thus. Blessed One, we have also heard of the extensive distinction of the past aspirations of the Tathagatas. Blessed One, we have also seen the Tathagatas directly and made offerings. Furthermore, Blessed One, wherever the names of the Tathagatas and, these words of the Dharani are used. We will go there together with our retinue. Any son of good family or, daughter of good family, who holds and, recites and, makes offerings and, writes and, asks others to write, we will go there together in harmony. For the son of good family or, daughter of good family or, king or, minister of the king, who holds the power of the Sutra and, asks questions, we will protect them with the blessings of the Tathagata. And, holding these words of the Dharani, reciting, writing, asking others to write, and offering with utmost respect, know that he will not go to the three lower realms, and he will not regress from the Unsurpassed Perfect and Complete Enlightenment. He will be born in those Buddha-fields that he desires. He will see the Tathagatas. He will remember past lives. He will also obtain Samadhi and Dharani. Then, the Bodhisattva Vajrapani, to those Tathagatas, thus prayed: For the sake of those sons or daughters of good family who hold the power of the Sutras, I will completely bestow the basis of the secret mantras of the Dharani. May the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, consider me. Then, those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, with one voice, granted the Bodhisattva Vajrapani the word "Excellent!", Vajrapani, excellent! excellent! Vajrapani, you have been considered, for the benefit of those who hold the power of the Sutras, and for the purpose of fulfilling all wishes, speak those bases of the secret mantras of the Dharani.
