After complete recitation, recite "Om Vajra Abhisheka" (Tibetan: ཨོྃ་བཛྲ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र अभिषिञ्च, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra abhiṣiñca, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, Vajra, Abhisheka), and take water from the victorious vase with the vajra fist, giving the water empowerment. Also recite this: This is your hell water, violating the vow will burn, guarding the vow will accomplish, the water of vajra nectar will accomplish. The mudra of the vajra bell, do not speak if you are not a mandala holder. The place where people gather and reside, is not for ridicule and disbelief. Then practice all the rituals, praise well with the one hundred and eight names, give the permission of five verses, and prophesy all the disciples with praise and prophecy. Then the secret empowerment appears, those who are suitable for empowerment as teachers should be allowed to enter all mandalas. The accomplishment of the karma of this, whatever accomplishment you desire, the lower, middle, and upper, all will surely be obtained. The supreme positions are accomplished without obstacles, what are small accomplishments? Buddha himself is also a sentient being, it is not difficult to obtain the vajra mind. For whom accomplishment will surely occur, for whom sins, great demons, obstacles and heretics, as well as the Lord of Death and the hordes of demons, all kinds of terrifying teachings, those who destroy from accomplishment, for the great self-nature, will not happen, will not arise. Through the ritual of the fire offering, accomplishment will surely appear quickly. The gods will also be very pleased, and can be easily obtained in an instant. Plagues and near harms, faults, etc., very heavy will surely be far away. In that place, diseases and demons, plagues, etc., will not occur, famine and great quarrels, and the enemy's armies will decline. Gods and nagas with great joy, will also protect in peace. The four great kings and, the guardians of the world together with the stars, yakshas and planets, etc., protect with great magical powers. Then Indra and other gods, prostrate again and again, precious umbrellas and other supreme objects, make various kinds of offerings, the victorious Vajrapani.
