The mind of all Tathagatas is called Samantabhadra. All Tathagatas are empowered by the empowerment of the great precious jewel born from the sky. All Tathagatas universally attain the supreme Paramita of the Dharma wisdom of Avalokiteśvara. All the actions of all Tathagatas are shown without exception, without hindrance, with perfect intention, and with all the thoughts of the mind fulfilled. Therefore, after all the Tathagatas have blessed themselves, the great Bodhisattva of all Tathagatas is born from the Samaya called Samantabhadra. Having entered into the Samadhi called the Vajra of the blessing of the Bodhisattva, the great vehicle of all Tathagatas is manifested, called the essence of all Tathagatas, and is extracted from one's own heart. Vajrasattva. Then, immediately after appearing from the hearts of all the Tathagatas, the Bhagavan Samantabhadra himself appeared as a moon mandala. After the great Bodhicitta of all sentient beings was purified, he resided in all directions of all the Tathagatas. Then, from those moon mandalas, the wisdom Vajras of all the Tathagatas also arose and entered the heart of the Bhagavan Vairocana Tathagata. The Samadhi of Vajrasattva is extremely stable, and after being blended into one with the blessings of all the Tathagatas, the chain of five-peaked light spreads throughout all the realms of space, and the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas are transformed into the Vajra-like Dharmadhatu, arising from the hearts of all the Tathagatas and abiding in both hands. Then, from that Vajra, such Vajra-like rays of light arise, with various shapes and colors, illuminating and pervading all the worlds. From the tips of those Vajra-like rays of light, the bodies of all the Tathagatas, as numerous as the extremely fine dust of all the worlds, arise and pervade all the Dharmadhatu.
