Having created, that is me and you, Brahma, Ishvara, Vishnu, etc., Bodhisattvas, Tathagatas, the essence of knowledge and the nature of knowing, that itself is the supreme, contemplate that. Birth and death, all are contained within that. The creator, the one who acts, is one. Being self-existent, together with that. All-knowing, all in all. Peaceful, tranquil, all-pervading. Why is that house filled? Therefore, it is said to be a person. Because it dwells in the body, it is embodied. Because it exerts effort, it is considered knowing. The god who knows himself in himself, therefore, it is considered a god. Because of entering, it is said to be all-pervading. Speech becomes the Vajra Holder. This secret, which cannot be shown, should be kept secret with diligence. Not being faulty, nor being deceitful. Not hating vows. For those who do not have a view of nihilism. Those who have attachment to the guru and are disciplined. Those who abandon jealousy and attachment. Those who have entered the mandala and are good disciples of the Vajra teachings. To them, this vast teaching, the supreme Suchness, should be explained. The teacher, having the wisdom of the vidya, should bestow empowerment upon them. Vajra nectar, great bliss, thus spoke the Bhagavan Vajra. The Vajra Holder of body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas, from the great tantra of Vajra nectar, great bliss, singing, dancing, empowerment, and showing the great contemplation of Suchness, is called the seventh chapter. Then the goddess also arose, and having laughed, asked these questions: "Bhagavan, I have doubts about this. I have generated the wonder of the holy ones. From the peaceful form of the Vajra Holder, how does the wrathful form transform?" Then the Bhagavan Vajra Holder, the great bliss of Vajra nectar, having united the Vajra and the lotus, manifested the wrathful form. A garland of flames, violent, frightening even to the fearful. With four faces and eight arms, adorned with a terrifying crown of skulls. Holding a khatvanga and a head, delighting in skulls and blood. A fierce garland of intestines, surrounded by eight vidyas. Dwelling in the four great charnel grounds, possessing the sound of the mantra syllable phaṭ (स्फट, sphata, to burst open). With gatherings of arising corpses, and playing in the charnel grounds, after that, empowerment.
