The supreme itself. By what becomes the path to enlightenment? One should listen to the Bhagavan. The Bhagavan spoke thus: At first, for a while, the yogi, Who acts according to his own nature, That mind, like a wild horse, Should be tamed by the wise. Just as a bee is intoxicated by the nectar of a flower, And the mind becomes firm when drunk with wine, Engaging in enjoyment, free from suffering and delusion, Likewise, bind the mind with the path of meditation. Since taming the mind will lead to accomplishment, First, the mind should be tamed. Through the distinctions achieved by the mind, Enlightenment and wisdom can be revealed. When residing in the center of the lunar mandala, One should emanate wisdom dakinis, And bind the great mudra at the heart. By knowing all the characteristics of the past, The seed syllables of the eight letters, Should be placed in the positions of the letters. The doors of the stupa of the five victorious ones, Should be thought of as being blocked, And the doors of increase should be protected, By the letters of the nectar mantra. Water and non-water should be protected, Likewise, by the burning letters of fire. The water, trees, flowers, and lotuses, Beautiful, swirling, expanding, and opening. In the egg in its center, White like a conch shell and the moon, That seed in each direction, The four elements in the four directions, The four stacked seeds in the intermediate directions, Should be meditated on by placing them very evenly. The letters of the goddess, White and clear with light radiating everywhere, should be meditated upon. It is the nature of wisdom and consciousness. Focusing on that in the center, By meditating on the mind at will, From the outside, forms should be destroyed. In the directions and intermediate directions, Having placed them in each direction, Having destroyed all natures, The remainder is wisdom itself. In the east is water, The color white, the light of the kunda flower. Fire is yellow, with blazing light, One should always contemplate in the north. The red seed of wind, Should be examined in the west. The green seed of earth, Should be contemplated in the south. With the mixed colors of the intermediate directions, One should combine them in the four corners. The remaining wisdom in the center, Should destroy all that is born from eggs. Its characteristics should be revealed. The characteristics to be revealed are without substance. Since the substance of the mind is emptiness, All places of nature should be exhausted.

In the pure center of all conceptual emptiness, the form is like a particle of dust. The seeds of Āli Kāli (藏文:ཨཱ་ལི་ཀཱ་ལི་,梵文天城体:ālikāli,梵文罗马拟音:ālikāli,汉语字面意思:Āli Kāli) are, called a particle, residing in the center, without form and indescribable. All that is called a particle, is not found in emptiness, and does not depend on form, etc. A particle is not a seed, it has no self-nature and no characteristics, it is neither wind nor space, it is represented by equality and the Middle Way. Form and emptiness are thus in the center, thus held by the yogi, to be understood by the words of the Guru, with the noble ones of the words, and after analyzing the nature of the treatises, it is accomplished by the words and the innate. In the unmoving and harmless, contemplate objects with objects, and after analyzing with the samadhi object, the stages of Bodhi are accomplished. The yogi who merges with wisdom, strives greatly for the benefit of sentient beings, if one wishes to protect the conceptual body and mind, when one wishes to protect the environment, the enjoyer of the power of wisdom, with the accomplishment of the body of one's own desire, constantly seeking the fruit of entering, observing with the wisdom of the three realms, the place of one's own mind, and the embodied one who travels in the sky, seeking the benefit of others for all sentient beings, the supreme is quickly given. Seeking meaning with the body and senses, do as you please with selflessness, with the nature of the Dharmadhatu, liberate from samsara by union. The union of the guides of the Buddhas, others also seek meaning. The practitioner is without noise, and away from the noisy crowd, in gardens and mountain caves, dwell there and practice. Nāga, Mula, Palasha, Ruta, Chani, these three parts, Magadha one srang, after dividing into equal parts and making powder, mix well with cow's milk, after mixing all four parts of the powder, this is what the yogi should eat every day, the wise one. The yogi, for a hundred years, dwelling in caves and empty rooms, will surely be very ripe, and free from cold, hunger, thirst, etc. Those who possess these medicines, dwelling in caves and empty rooms, the yogi who protects discipline, the body will always be protected. Just as a woman rejoices in the words of a child, speaking of the words of two
