ད་གཅིག་གི་བར་དུ་འབར་བའོ། །གང་ཞིག་སྲོག་གི་དབྱིག་པ་དེ་ནི་ལུ་གུ་རྒྱུད་ཀྱི་རྣམ་པའི་མདུད་པ་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གཉིས་སུ་སྦོམ་པ་དང་ཕྲ་བའི་ཐིག་ལེ་རོ་གཅིག་པའི་གཟུགས་ཀྱིས་དབྱིག་པའི་བདུད་རྩི་ཟུར་གཉིས་པ་ལ་ ཐུན་ཚོད་གཉིས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་ཞུ་བའོ། །དྲུག་པོ་དེ་ནི་བསྐྱེད་པ་དང་རྫོགས་པའི་གྲགས་པ་དགའ་བ་དྲུག་ཟུར་གསུམ་པ་ལ་ཐུན་ཚོད་གསུམ་གྱི་བར་དུ་འཛག་པའོ། །གང་ཞིག་ཐིག་ལེ་ཤར་བ་དང་ནུབ་པ་དེ་ནི་ཐིམ་པ་དང་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དུ་གྲགས་པའི་སྲོག་དེ་ནི་ཟུར་བཞི་པ་ལ་ཐུན་ཚོད་བཞིའི་བར་དུ་འབར་བའོ། །གང་ཞིག་འཕོ་བའི་སྦྱོར་བ་དེ་ནི་སྟེང་དང་འོག་གི་འདབ་མ་ཡོད་པར་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་འདུས་པའི་དབང་ནི་ཟུར་ལྔ་པ་ལ་ཐུན་ཚོད་ལྔའི་བར་དུ་ཞུ་བའོ། །གང་ཞིག་རྩའི་འཁོར་ལོ་འབྱུང་བ་དེ་ནི་ཡན་ལག་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་བདུད་རྩི་རྒྱས་པ་ཟུར་དྲུག་པ་ལ་ཐུན་ཚོད་དྲུག་གི་བར་དུ་འཛག་པའོ། །གང་ཞིག་དབང་གི་རིམ་པ་དེ་ནི་གཅིག་ཉིད་སྲོག་གི་ཁ་རུ་སྲོག་ལ་འབབ་པ་དང་། འཕུར་བ་དང་ཁྱབ་པ་དེ་ཡང་ཟུར་བདུན་པ་ལ་ཐུན་ཚོད་བདུན་པའི་བར་དུ་འབར་བའོ། །གང་ཞིག་སྲུང་བའི་འཁོར་ལོ་དེ་ནི་མཐེའུ་ཆུང་གི་མདུད་པའི་ནང་དུ་བདུད་རྩི་ལ་བསྐོར་བ་ཟུར་བརྒྱད་པ་ལ་ཐུན་ཚོད་བརྒྱད་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་ཞུ་བའོ། །དེ་དག་ནི་གཡོན་དུ་བསྐོར་བའི་སྲོག་གི་རླུང་ལ་ཞོན་པ་ཉི་མ་སྐྱེ་བ་ལ་མཚན་མོ་དང་ཉིན་མོའི་བར་དུ་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་ཚ་རྒྱས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་ནང་ན་བཅུ་དྲུག་བྲལ་བའི་མཚན་ཉིད་མི་གསལ་བ་དང་། དགའ་བའི་མཚན་ཉིད་བཅུ་དྲུག་གསལ་བ་དེའི་དོན་གྱི་ཕྱིར་དགའ་བྲལ་གྱི་དགའ་བའི་མཚན་ཉིད་ཨཱ་ལིའི་རང་གི་ངོ་བོ་ཟླ་བའོ། །ཕྱི་དང་ཕྱིའི་དོན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ནི་ནང་དང་ནང་གི་དོན་གནས་པར་ཤེས་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ཡང་ཕྱིའི་ཚེས་ཀྱི་གྲངས་ཀྱིས་སོ། །ནང་སྲོག་གི་རླུང་གི་གྲངས་ཀྱིས་སོ། །ལྷ་མོས་གསོལ་པ། སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་ཆུ་སྐྱེས་ཀྱི་ཨུཏྤ་ལའི་རྣམ་པ་ལ་བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཀུན་དུ་སྤྱོད་པ་ངེས་པའི་དོན་གྱིས་གནས་པ་དེ་མཆོག་གི་དབང་ཕྱུག་གི་བཀའ་དྲིན་བསྐྱབ་ཏུ་གསོལ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། །ཉོན་ཅིག་ལྷ་མོ་སྐལ་ལྡན་མོ། །གསང་བ་ཆེན་པོ་ཡེ་ཤེས་མཆོག། གང་ཞིག་ཤེས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་ནི། །ཐམས་ཅད་ས་ཡི་དབང་ཕྱུག་འགྱུར། །གང་ཞིག་སྙིང་པོའི་སྔགས་ནི་ཉིད། །དེ་ནི་བདག་ཉིད་བཅུ་དྲུག་བདེ། །ཀུན་རྫོབ་རི་བོང་ཅན་གྱི་ འོད། །དོན་དམ་པར་ནི་ནམ་མཁའ་བཞིན། །གང་ཞིག་སྐུ་བརྒྱད

Now it burns. Whatever is the essence of life, that is in the form of a string of pearls, thick and thin, thirty-two knots, in the image of a single drop, the nectar of life, melts between two corners, for two time periods. The six are the fame of arising and completion, the six joys, dripping between three corners, for three time periods. Whatever is the rising and falling of the bindu, that is the life known as absorption and enjoyment, burning between four corners, for four time periods. Whatever is the yoga of transference, that is the empowerment where the mind of enlightenment gathers, having upper and lower petals, melting between five corners, for five time periods. Whatever is the arising of the chakra of the channels, that is the nectar increasing in all the limbs, dripping between six corners, for six time periods. Whatever is the order of empowerment, that is the one life falling into life in the mouth of life, flying and pervading, also burning between seven corners, for seven time periods. Whatever is the protective wheel, that is the nectar encircling within the knot of the little finger, melting between eight corners, for eight time periods. These are the left-turning ones, riding on the life-wind, when the sun rises, between night and day, the heat of thirty-two will increase. Among the thirty-two, the nature of sixteen separations is unclear, the nature of sixteen joys is clear, for that meaning, the nature of the joy of separation from joy is the self-nature moon of Ali. By the outer and outer meanings, know that the inner and inner meanings exist. That is, by the number of outer dates. By the number of inner life-winds. The goddess prayed: The thirty-two lotuses, in the form of উৎপ་ལ་ (Sanskrit: utpala, meaning: blue lotus), all the enjoyment of great bliss, existing with a determined meaning, please protect with the grace of the supreme sovereign. The Bhagavan said: Listen, fortunate goddess. The wisdom of the profound secret is supreme. Whatever is merely known, all will become the sovereign of the earth. Whatever is the mantra of the heart essence, that is the bliss of the sixteen selves. Conventionally, it is the light of the rabbit. Ultimately, it is like the sky. Whatever are the eight bodies.
