The nature is unborn, There is no name of sudden Buddhahood. Buddha and sentient beings are not two, Conventional and ultimate are not two. Self-nature, awareness, luminosity, etc., Are inexpressible, beyond words. Like a mute person tasting flavor. In the nature like silk and crystal, Wrong thoughts and stains are confused. The three realms, stable and moving appearances, Various desires, enlightenment, and so on, All those various actions, Are themselves distraction and conceptualization. One is confused by oneself and binds oneself, One kills oneself and eats oneself, One falls and suffers oneself. Self-awareness is primordially free from elaboration, If one engages in sound and terms, one is confused. Self-awareness is naturally luminous, If obscured by the darkness of ignorance, one is confused. Phenomena are equal in emptiness, If one engages in acceptance and rejection, one is confused. Desired qualities are naturally ceased, If one abandons them with difficulty, one is confused. Self-awareness is primordially empty, If one relies on the five desires, one is confused. There is no inferiority or superiority, If one imputes exaggeration or denigration, one is confused. Primordially free from elaboration, spontaneously accomplished, If one engages in meditation and non-meditation, one is confused. Buddha and sentient beings are non-dual, If one grasps them as two, one is confused. Ultimate and conventional are non-dual, If one divides them into two truths, one is confused. Buddha crosses the river of samsara, Whatever one desires of arising and ceasing is confusion. Without abiding in the taste of emptiness, If one grasps at substantial characteristics, one is confused. Without taming the elephant of the mind, If one dwells in a distracted mind, one is confused. When conceptual winds are stirred, If one desires self-awareness and wisdom, one is confused. Without seeing one's own mind, If one speaks of great pride, one is confused. Without experiencing self-awareness, If one abandons virtuous dharmas, one is confused. Buddha is not confused, sentient beings are confused, Nature is not confused, self-awareness is confused, Mind-essence is not confused, habitual patterns are confused. Sentient beings are confused from Buddha, The appearance of other-awareness is confused from self-awareness, Habitual patterns arise from mind-essence. Therefore, the confusion of one's own mind, Greatly increases the appearance of things. Confused by birth, though there is no birth. The iron-burned ground is one's own mind, The agent of fire and so on is not other. Hunger, thirst, and suffering are one's own mind, Food, drink, and hunger are not other. Beating, filth, whipping, and melting are one's own mind, The butcher who kills is not other.

All that arises is one's own mind. If one does not recognize one's own mind as the Buddha, then one has abandoned all the Buddhas. Always rely on the supreme guru. Read the profound Mahayana sutras and tantras. When meditating on the meaning of non-meditation, not meditating is also the supreme meditation. For the wise who have thus attained, there is nothing that does not become emptiness. From this arises the attainment of nirvana. All things such as body and power arise naturally like jewels. These are all the nature of mind. The goddess asked the Bhagavan, "How many kinds of individuals are there to rely on? How many categories of tantras are there? For whom are the tantras taught?" The Bhagavan said, "Because sentient beings inherently possess Buddha-nature, even candalas and leather workers, those with ugly forms who seek the act of killing, can attain accomplishment through this vehicle. Meditating perfectly on the mandala, and meditating on the principal deity, father and mother, focusing the mind on the eye of the central channel, the path of the generation stage with elaboration, the yogi who abides in the lineage, for those who abandon desire with desire towards goddesses and other consorts with characteristics, is the path of desire, the karma mudra. Abiding is the nadi, moving is the prana, arrangement is bodhicitta, inferiority is form, profound is mantra and bindu, ultimately meditating on the seven-branch practice.

In the charnel ground, naked with disheveled hair, facing south, protect the body with Āli and Kālī, practice the wheel of heroes. The means to ripen is the four empowerments, the path to liberation is the two stages of generation and completion. Relying on the two paths, the mantra practitioner attains enlightenment. The vase empowerment cleanses the impurities of the body, the secret empowerment cleanses the impurities of speech, the third cleanses the impurities of mind, the fourth is taught to cleanse the co-emergent ignorance. Abiding and arising, entering and perfecting, blessing and empowering, as well as meditative offering, are the generation stage. Gathering closely is the completion stage. When the two stages are in union, the Vajra Holder teaches the Dharma. Emptiness manifests as the Dharmakāya, the enjoyment of bliss with marks and signs is the Sambhogakāya, the playful activity is the Nirmāṇakāya, in the great bliss of the three bodies inseparable. The goddess asked the Bhagavan: By practicing what will one attain accomplishment? What will cause obstacles to arise? The Bhagavan replied: Having renunciation for samsara, possessing the three vows, being learned and possessing good qualities, drawing a mandala in a secluded place, maintaining silence, wearing Dharma robes, partaking of nectar, practicing in four sessions will lead to accomplishment. For a yogi with strong attachment, obstacles to view will arise. For a yogi with great distraction, obstacles to meditation will arise. For a yogi who breaks vows, obstacles to conduct will arise. For a yogi with great laziness, obstacles to the result will arise. The goddess asked the Bhagavan: What is the nature of the tantra? What is called the root tantra? What is called the explanatory tantra? What is the time of its arising? The Bhagavan replied: In the co-emergent nature, the nature of all tantras is contained. Existence is the cause, practice is the path, manifestation is the nature of the result. What was spoken first is the root tantra, what was spoken later is the explanatory tantra. The root shows the meaning, the explanation clarifies the tantra. The sequence of the perfect age, the three two ages, and the four times of the degenerate age, the tantras are also taught in four ways: Kriya, Charya, Yoga, and Anuttarayoga. The goddess asked the Bhagavan.
