In the center of the place, draw one face of the goddess, which is Prajñāpāramitā. Surrounded by beautiful forms, it truly abides. The lotus and vajra above, contemplate as before. The wisdom ornament in the center, decorate with an octagon. This bell is the great goddess, complete with longevity and freedom from illness. Then there is the hero's bell, with coarse hair of a vajra garland. Likewise, it has wisdom and a vase of nectar, all characteristics are complete. Hang the net and half-net. The width is nine fingers, and the mouth is the size of five fingers. Do not exceed this size. Five-pointed or nine-pointed, it bestows all goodness, all the fruits of power and mantras, gives the power and magical abilities of the dakinis, likewise gives all perfections, likewise gives the supreme accomplishment of all the Tathāgatas. Now I will explain the characteristics of the Tathāgata's bell. Made of copper, it makes a beautiful sound, has a hollow interior and a vase. It has signs such as vajra, jewels, lotus, and sword. Decorated with nets and half-nets. Born from makara fish, with the purity of the five wisdoms, it has five tips. In the center of the two girdles, it has two wheel garlands. Likewise, in the center of the two girdles, the lotus has two lotus garlands, the jewel has jewels, likewise it should have girdles. Called Amoghasiddhi, the center of the two girdles is decorated with a sword. Everything has a face of wisdom, therefore it will be victorious by all heroes. Everything is made of copper or three kinds of iron, the bell should have three parts. The Vajra family has a bull face, the girdle is surrounded by a vajra garland. The mouth located above the vase is slightly square. The bull face quickly increases wealth and grain, constantly gives strength without illness, and takes away all suffering. Following what was shown earlier, symbolize the characteristics with a vajra. Jewels, skulls of power, etc., know their respective signs. 如其所能且相符順，由成就之自在者作彼等。復次，以儀軌之次第，捨棄小指以外之手指。此天女乃鈴之，廣大開示成就法，乃共同之諸續中，為勇士們所讚歎。與所有空行母共同結合之，金剛空行乃安樂之殊勝，金剛薩埵如來，薄伽梵金剛手所宣說。大續王吉祥金剛空行母中，區分金剛與鈴之特徵及量之儀軌次第，即第三十一品。金剛阿闍梨之特徵者，善說請天女諦聽。調伏且儀容端莊，施予一切有情無畏，知曉咒語與續之結合，精通瑜伽工巧之分，於一切時皆柔和語，視一切有情如子，恆常喜捨，且精勤於禪定結合，以慈悲饒益之心，真實語且不作害，恆常生起平等心，乃一切有情之怙主救護，善巧有情心之差別，如親友般慈愛無依者，以友善愛戀善妙視之，極其熟習明咒之理，極其恭敬守護誓句，了知手印表徵之結合，瑜伽母眾於誓句，以表徵開示結合，安住不二結合不退轉，恭敬行持明咒之輪，生起灌頂義之功德，具有見處等之相，完全了知彼等十者，此乃名為阿闍梨。請問：如是之阿闍梨應如何看待？答曰：乃一切佛之自性身，支分乃菩薩，毛髮乃阿羅漢，頂髻乃五部佛，世間者乃足之座，光芒、夜叉、秘密等，如是功德自性身，瑜伽士應恆常觀看。具有如是特徵者，有智慧者 知曉特徵後，應努力依止如是之上師。任何忿怒與狡詐者，語極粗暴者，以功德而自滿者，彼非上師。

According to ability and conformity, may those be done by the powerful one of accomplishment. Furthermore, with the order of rituals, abandon the fingers other than the little finger. This goddess is of the bell, extensively showing the means of accomplishment, which is praised by heroes in all the common tantras. United with all the dakinis, the Vajra Dakini is the supreme of bliss. The Vajra Sattva Tathagata, spoken by the Bhagavan Vajrapani. In the Great Tantra King, the Glorious Vajra Dakini, the thirty-first chapter is the division of the characteristics of the vajra and bell, and the order of rituals for measurement. The characteristics of the Vajra Acharya are: Listen, goddess, to the good explanation. Subdued and with a beautiful appearance, bestowing fearlessness to all sentient beings, knowing the union of mantra and tantra, skilled in the aspects of yogic craftsmanship, always speaking gently, regarding all sentient beings as children, always delighting in generosity, and diligently striving in meditative union. With a compassionate and beneficial mind, speaking truthfully and not harming, always generating an equal mind, being the protector and savior of all sentient beings, skilled in the distinctions of sentient beings' minds, cherishing the helpless like relatives, viewing with kindness and affection, extremely familiar with the principles of mantra, extremely respectful in upholding vows, understanding the union of mudras and symbols, showing the union to the yoginis through symbols in vows, abiding in the non-dual union without regression, respecting the practice of the wheel of mantra, the qualities of empowerment's meaning arise, possessing the nature of seeing places and so on, fully knowing those ten, this is called an Acharya. Question: How should one regard such an Acharya? Answer: He is the nature body of all Buddhas, the limbs are Bodhisattvas, the hairs are Arhats, the crown of the head is the five Buddha families, the worldly ones are the seat of the feet, light rays, yakshas, secrets, and so on. Thus, the qualities are the nature body, which the yogi should always behold. Possessing such characteristics, the wise one, after knowing the characteristics, should strive to rely on such a lama. Anyone who is wrathful and deceitful, whose speech is very harsh, who is content with qualities, that is not a lama.
