From the immensely fierce great form, all the lands leap and churn like the light of meteors, difficult to behold and difficult to grasp, burning like a whirlwind of flames, in thousands of yojanas, the vast net of vajra arrows binds the wheel. From each pore of the crow-faced ones and others, appear wheels of dakinis and the nature of the three vajras, like dust motes of many Mount Merus, joyfully illuminating the sky. Eight hands, three eyes, hair blazing upwards, surrounded by twenty-four and a half dakinis. Thus, contemplate with mantra. The first right hand holds a blazing and sharp blue vajra, entwined by a lineage holder. The second holds the essence of an arrow bound by a lotus. The third holds a sword with a handle entwined by a great lotus. The fourth holds an iron hook entwined by a conch-guarding rope. The first left hand raises a khatvanga adorned with endless banners. The second holds the essence of a bow strung by the son of the wealth-god. The third is the threatening mudra with a subjugating rope. The fourth holds Brahma's head dripping with blood, bound by a thread of power. All those dragon kings also gnash their teeth and curl their tongues, with venomous gazes, the light of the jewels on their crests illuminating all of the sky.
