抛弃身体和感官等。舍弃日月脉，将有骨髓的精血之命气一日猛烈注入。地、水、火、风、空之界完全断绝，直至彼时。106 首先，所有胜者的身体，作为成就之因，应以咒语等如实守护。无身则无成就，此生亦不得最胜乐。因此，为了身体的意义，应于每日每时修习脉之结合。身体若成就，则其他成就，于三有之境，亦能随意役使。107 于空性中，以烟等上师道之决定，于影像界中修习。之后，于脉之轮中，命气与下泄气亦能稳固。从外 निश्चित 遮止月亮，如罗睺般行事，菩提心即瑜伽士。之后，任何稍有欲望者，皆能于数日内于此生获得。108 日月遮止，于等与不等之行中，融入中脉之火。命气与下泄气二者，若首日已过，则能欺骗非时之死。以手及足之指节与指甲末端，命气完全充满后。于六轮中，瑜伽士应修习佛母无畏手持莲花。109 若收缩下泄气，则能如愿，于最胜之身，所有风病皆能痊愈。命勤则转为痰病，再次放开则为胆病之过患。上下如实遮止，则能带来安乐，对于聚集与瘟疫。于脐上，命气能夺走一切疾病，于脐之根本，亦有其他。110 收缩下泄气，于三种道路中行走，命气亦从上方。直至如实相遇，火则具力，且能遍布全身。水肿、肿瘤与痔疮等疾病，亦能因播种于腹中之月亮结合而摧毁。呼吸、痰与三种毒素，以及眼病等亦然。111 左腋窝

The elements of earth, water, fire, wind, and space are completely severed until that time. 106 First, the body of all victors, as the cause of accomplishment, should be truly protected with mantras, etc. Without a body, there is no accomplishment, and in this life, one will not attain supreme bliss. Therefore, for the sake of the body, one should meditate on the union of the channels at every moment of every day. If the body is accomplished, then other accomplishments, in the realms of the three existences, can be freely commanded. 107 In emptiness, with the certainty of the guru's path of smoke, etc., one should meditate in the realm of images. Then, in the wheels of the channels, the life-force and downward-clearing wind can also be stabilized. From the outside, definitely blocking the moon, acting like Rahu, the bodhichitta is the yogi. Then, anyone who has even a slight desire will attain it in this life in a few days. 108 Blocking the sun and moon, in equal and unequal movements, one enters the fire of the central channel. The two, life-force and downward-clearing wind, if the first day has passed, can deceive untimely death. With the joints of the fingers and the ends of the nails of the hands and feet, the life-force completely fills. In the six wheels, the yogi should meditate on the fearless Buddha-goddess holding a lotus in her hand. 109 If the downward-clearing wind is contracted, it will be as desired, and in the supreme body, all wind diseases will be completely healed. The life-force effort turns into phlegm, and releasing it again is the fault of bile. Truly blocking above and below brings happiness, for gatherings and epidemics. Above the navel, the life-force steals all diseases, and at the root of the navel, there are also others. 110 Contracting the downward-clearing wind, moving in the three paths, and the life-force also from above. Until they truly meet, the fire is powerful and spreads throughout the body. Edema, tumors, and hemorrhoids, etc., can also be destroyed by the union of the moon sown in the abdomen. 从地和非右侧，即使是乳房，也要用力按压，阻止生命。 从右侧迅速流向左侧的脉，也要从左腋窝流向右侧。 即使是半月式，也能给予死亡，夺走死亡的预兆，这是拥有瑜伽的瑜伽士所为。 安住于金刚跏趺坐，抓住脚，手掌的莲花能消除背部的疼痛。112。 脚在上，头在下，能彻底消除身体上的所有黏液疾病。 阻止生命，几天之内，肯定能消除剧烈的腹泻和排尿疾病。 清晨，无名指在没有水的情况下，仔细擦拭牙齿。 能变成眼睛的眼药，再次消除疾病，即使用水冲洗也是如此。113。 仰卧，用手掌的莲花抓住肚脐，能消除消化不良的疼痛。 对于出现的肿块，一定要用黄油和盐熏蒸，能消除肿块的生长。 然后涂抹马利筋的乳汁，有些人一生中会出现牙齿、蛀虫等疼痛。 用虎杖的种子、烟斗等物在此处固定，能消除蠕虫等。114。 半年之内，能消除咒师们最上等的身体上的白癜风，除此之外还用说什么呢？ 智慧汇聚，自心沉溺的人，也要经常用生命之气来阻止。 即使是七十岁的衰老和白发，如果能圆满两年，肯定能消除。 几天之内，道路和心意就能很好地相伴，在此之上能获得手印的成就。115。 要努力进行生命之力的运作，心脏和头部都要像被火烧灼一样。 从那之上，会在美好的莲花上昏厥，不要约束或用力。 刺穿顶轮，舍弃身体和元素，就会走向死亡。 与手印相伴，极度衰弱的人，这一生也无法给予安乐的果实。116。 说是为了修习手印，但并不是为了日夜消耗欲望。 说是为了供养语金刚，但绝对不是为了给咒师们说麻醉剂。 一切食物都是为了安乐，是日。

It can become eye medicine for the eyes, and again eliminate diseases, even if rinsed with water. 113. Lying supine, grasping the navel with the lotus of the palms, can eliminate the pain of indigestion. For the appearance of lumps, be sure to fumigate with butter and salt, which can eliminate the growth of the lumps. Then apply the milk of the milkweed, and some people will have toothaches, cavities, etc. in their lifetime. Fixing it here with the seeds of the tiger cane, pipes, etc., can eliminate worms, etc. 114. Within half a year, it can eliminate vitiligo on the best body of the mantra practitioners, what else is there to say? Those who gather wisdom and indulge in their own minds must also constantly stop with the breath of life. Even old age and white hair at the age of seventy, if completed for two years, will surely be eliminated. Within a few days, the road and the mind can accompany each other well, and above that, the accomplishment of the mudra can be obtained. 115. Efforts should be made to operate the life force, and the heart and head should be burned by fire. From that above, one will faint on the beautiful lotus, do not restrain or use force. Piercing the crown chakra, abandoning the body and elements, one will go to death. Accompanied by the mudra, extremely weak people, this life cannot give the fruit of happiness. 116. It is said to be for practicing mudras, but it is not for consuming desires day and night. It is said to be for offering speech vajra, but it is definitely not for giving anesthetics to mantra practitioners. All food is for happiness, it is the day.
