At that time, the gods rose from their seats and requested the Blessed One, saying: Venerable Blessed One, when will this place appear? Who will extract it? Venerable Blessed One, now it is a treasure of the great water of the monastery, how will someone extract it, please tell us. The Blessed One said: Son of good family, listen! One hundred years after my Nirvana, in the land of Han, there will appear a king of Han named Jiayang, who will have a complete thousand sons. He will send each son to find a new place. Later, from the west, they will hear that there is a Yak Horn Mountain, and the place where the Blessed One's palace stupa Goma Sala Ganda is located, which has been blessed by many Tathagatas, and they will think that if I had a son, I would send him to establish a home in those places blessed by many Buddhas. At that time, the king of Han requested a son from Vaishravana. Vaishravana also granted a son named King Ashoka in this Jambudvipa, that son was handsome, beautiful in form, and pleasing to the eye. For that son, a breast appeared from the earth, and that son sucked that breast by the power of past merit and virtuous roots, therefore that son's name was Earth Breast.

At that time, most of the people of India will come here from the west, and they will pay homage to King Sale Numanu as subjects and unite under one regime. After that, the great minister Jiang Xiu and others from the land of Han will gradually establish villages, cities, and towns in Han and India. In this way, King Sale Numanu will rule this place for many generations. Those kings will also gradually build temples and monasteries in this place, and offer fields, water, subjects, and meals. Some will even ordain themselves, some will have their sons and daughters ordained, and some will allow countless subjects to be ordained. Many people with the nature of Bodhisattvas will appear in this place, and they will always accumulate roots of virtue from the Three Jewels and engage in activities that accumulate merit. Therefore, this place will appear in the way that King Sale Numanu pioneered the establishment of a home. This place will flourish and prosper at the time of each Buddha's appearance. Why do other places decline and remain empty and desolate for a long time, while this virtuous land is adorned and beautified by people at the time of each Buddha's appearance?
