ལ་པོ་དཔལ་གྱི་སྡེའི་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་གི་མི་ཐམས་ཅད་དགེ་བ་བཅུའི་ལས་ཀྱི་ལམ་ལ་ཡང་དག་པར་སྦྱར་ཏེ། ཤེས་ལྡན་དག་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་གི་མི་རྣམས་དགེ་བ་བཅུའི་ལས་ཀྱི་ལམ་རྣམས་ལ་རྟེན་ཅིག །དགེ་བ་བཅུའི་ལས་ཀྱི་ལམ་འདི་རྣམས་ཡང་དག་པར་ཟུང་ཤིག་ཅེས་དགེ་བ་བཅུའི་ལས་ཀྱི་ལམ་ལ་ཡང་དག་པར་སྦྱོར་ཏེ། དགེ་སློང་དག་རྒྱལ་པོ་དཔལ་གྱི་སྡེ་དེ་ལྟ་བུའི་གདམས་ངག་རྗེས་སུ་སྟོན་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དེའི་དུས་སུ་གང་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་པའི་མི་གང་ལ་ལ་ དུས་བྱས་ཏེ་ལུས་ཞིག་ནས་དེ་ལྷའི་རིས་དྲུག་ཏུ་སྐྱེ་བར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །གང་ཕལ་ཆེར་ནི་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གསུམ་གྱི་ལྷའི་རིས་སུ་སྐྱེས་སོ། །ཡང་དེའི་ཚེ་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གསུམ་གྱི་ལྷ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ལྷའི་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་བལྟ་ན་སྡུག་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ལྷའི་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་ཀུན་ཏུ་གང་ངོ་། །དེ་ནས་དེར་གོ་སྐབས་མེད་པར་གྱུར་པ་དང་། བལྟ་ན་སྡུག་གི་ཕྱི་རོལ་ཡོངས་འདུ་དང་། ཤིང་རྟ་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཅན་དང་། དགའ་བའི་ཚལ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་སྐྱེད་མོས་ཚལ་རྣམས་སུ་གནས་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་སྔོན་སྐྱེས་པའི་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གསུམ་གྱི་ལྷའི་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་ཡང་དག་པའི་འབྱོར་པ་དེ་མཐོང་སྟེ། རབ་ཏུ་དགའ་ནས་ལྷའི་དབང་པོ་བརྒྱ་བྱིན་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །ཀཽ་ཤི་ཀ་གང་དུ་རིའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་རི་རབ་དེ་ཉིད་ལྷའི་བུ་དེ་དག་གིས་གང་སྟེ་ལྷའི་ཚོགས་ནི་འཕེལ་བར་གྱུར། ལྷ་མ་ཡིན་གྱི་ཚོགས་ནི་འགྲིབ་པར་གྱུར་པའི་ངོ་མཚར་འདི་ལ་གཟིགས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་ལྷའི་དབང་པོ་བརྒྱ་བྱིན་གྱིས་ལྷའི་བུ་རྣམས་ལས་ཐོས་ནས་རིའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་རི་རབ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་བལྟ་བར་བརྩམས་པ་དང་། ཇི་ཙམ་ན་རིའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་རི་རབ་ལྷའི་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཀུན་ནས་གང་བ་མཐོང་ངོ་། །མཐོང་ནས་ཀྱང་འདི་སྙམ་དུ་སེམས་ཏེ། རྒྱུ་གང་དང་རྐྱེན་གང་གིས་སེམས་ཅན་འདི་སྙེད་ཅིག་འདིར་སྐྱེས་པར་གྱུར་སྙམ་ནས་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་བལྟ་བར་བརྩམས་པ་དང་། ཇི་ཙམ་ན་རྒྱལ་པོ་དཔལ་གྱི་སྡེའི་མཐུ་ཡིན་པར་མཐོང་ངོ་། །དེ་ནས་ལྷའི་དབང་པོ་བརྒྱ་བྱིན་སེམས་རབ་ཏུ་དགའ་བས་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གསུམ་གྱི་ལྷ་རྣམས་ལ་སྨྲས་པ། གྲོགས་པོ་དག་ཁྱེད་རྣམས་ཉོན་ཅིག །འཛམ་གླིང་དབང་ཕྱུག་རྒྱལ་པོ་ནི། །དཔལ་གྱི་སྡེ་ཞེས་རྣམ་གྲགས་པ། །རྟག་ཏུ་ཆོས་ལ་གཞོལ་བ་དང་། །རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་ཆོས་ལ་གནས། །ཐོག་མ་བར་དང་མཐར་དགེ་ཞིང་། །སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་ལ་ཕན་པར་དགའ། །གཙོ་བོ་མི་རྣམས་དགེ་བ་ལ། །རྟག་ཏུ་ཡང་དག་སྦྱོར་བར་བྱེད།

拉波巴德的赡部洲的所有人都完全致力于十善业道。有智慧的人啊，请依靠赡部洲的人们的十善业道！请正确地掌握这些十善业道，完全致力于十善业道。比丘们，国王巴德就是这样教导的。例如，转轮王的时代，任何赡部洲的人死亡，身体坏灭后，都转生到六欲天。大多数都转生到三十三天。当时，三十三天的天人们的天城，名为善见城，被天众完全充满。之后，那里没有空隙，善见城外面的广场，以及各种车乘，以及喜悦的园林等游乐场所都住满了。之后，先前出生的三十三天的天众看到了这种圆满的繁荣，非常高兴，对天帝释说道： कौशिका (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) 乔尸迦啊，须弥山被那些天子们充满，天众增长，阿修罗众减少，请您看看这个奇迹！之后，天帝释从天子们那里听到后，开始观察整个须弥山，看到须弥山完全被天众充满。看到后心想：是什么原因和条件导致这么多的众生出生在这里呢？于是开始观察整个赡部洲，看到这是国王巴德的力量。之后，天帝释非常高兴，对三十三天的天人们说：朋友们，你们听着！赡部洲的自在王，名为巴德，总是致力于佛法，伟大的国王安住于佛法，初始、中间和结尾都是善的，喜欢利益一切众生，主要使人们总是正确地致力于善业。

The Lopo Bade's all people of Jambudvipa were fully engaged in the path of the ten virtuous actions. Wise ones, rely on the ten virtuous paths of the people of Jambudvipa! Please correctly grasp these ten virtuous paths, and fully devote yourselves to the ten virtuous paths. Monks, King Bade taught in this way. For example, in the time of the Wheel-Turning King, anyone in Jambudvipa who died and whose body decayed would be reborn in the six desire realms. Most were reborn in the Thirty-Three Heavens. At that time, the city of the Thirty-Three Heavens, called Sudarsana, was completely filled with the assembly of gods. After that, there was no space there, and the outer squares of Sudarsana, as well as various chariots, and pleasure gardens such as the Joyful Grove, were filled. Then, the previously born assembly of the Thirty-Three Heavens saw this perfect prosperity and, greatly rejoicing, said to Indra, the lord of the gods: Kauśika (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) Kausika, Mount Meru is filled with those sons of gods, the assembly of gods is increasing, and the assembly of asuras is decreasing. Please look at this miracle! Then, Indra, the lord of the gods, having heard from the sons of gods, began to observe the entire Mount Meru and saw that Mount Meru was completely filled with the assembly of gods. Having seen this, he thought: What cause and condition led to so many beings being born here? Then he began to observe the entire Jambudvipa and saw that it was the power of King Bade. Then, Indra, the lord of the gods, was very pleased and said to the gods of the Thirty-Three Heavens: Friends, listen! The sovereign king of Jambudvipa, named Bade, is always devoted to the Dharma, the great king abides in the Dharma, the beginning, middle, and end are virtuous, he delights in benefiting all beings, and he mainly leads people to always correctly engage in virtuous deeds.
