་རབ་ཏུ་སྙན་པ་ཞིག་ཡོད་དེ། གཙུག་ལག་ཁང་ན་དབྱངས་བྱེད་པར་དཔུང་གི་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་ཐོས་ནས། སྐྱོ་མི་ཤེས་པ་ཙམ་དུ་ཉན་འདོད་དེ། གླང་པོ་ཆེ་དང་རྟ་ཡང་རྣ་བ་བཏུད་ནས་འགྲོར་མི་བཏུབ་པར་ཉན་ཏོ། །རྒྱལ་པོ་ཡ་མཚན་ཅན་དུ་གྱུར་ཏེ། ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་གླང་པོ་ཆེ་དང་རྟ་ལ་སོགས་པ་འགྲོར་མི་བཏུབ་ཞེས་སྨྲས་པ་དང་། དབྱངས་སྙན་པ་ཉན་འདོད་པའི་ཕྱིར་འགྲོ་མི་བཏུབ་པོ་ཞེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །རྒྱལ་པོས་སྨྲས་པ། དུད་འགྲོའི་སྐྱེ་གནས་སུ་སྐྱེ་བ་ཡང་འདི་ལྟར་ཆོས་ཉན་པར་དགའ་ན། བདག་མིའི་ནང་དུ་སྐྱེ་བ་ལྟ་མི་སྨོས་ཏེ། སྐད་ཅིག་ཉན་པར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་རྒྱལ་བུ་རྒྱལ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཚལ་དུ་སོང་ནས། གླང་པོ་ཆེའི་ཤིང་རྟ་ལས་བབས་ཏེ་རལ་གྲི་ཡང་བཀྲོལ། གདུགས་ཀྱང་བཞག་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་གང་ན་བཞུགས་པའི་སྤྱན་སྔར་སོང་སྟེ་ཕྱིན་པ་དང་། སྤྱི་བོས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །དགེ་སློང་དབྱངས་སྙན་པ་དེ་སུ་ལགས། བལྟ་བར་འཚལ་ཏེ། ར་་པ་ཌ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བཞི་བཅུ་ཞིག་ཀྱང་འབུལ་ལོ་ཞེས་གསོལ་པ་དང་། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ། །སྔར་སྦྱིན་པ་བྱིན་པའི་འོག་ཏུ་ཕྲད་པར་བྱའོ། །གལ་ཏེ་སྔར་ཕྲད་ན་ཀར་ཤ་པ་ན་ གཅིག་ཀྱང་སྦྱིན་མི་འདོད་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་རྒྱལ་པོ་དེ་དང་དགེ་སློང་དེ་ཕྲད་ནས། ཧ་ཅང་མི་སྡུག་ལ་ཐུང་ཆེས་པས། ར་་པ་ཌ་གཅིག་ཙམ་ཡང་སྦྱིན་པའི་སེམས་མ་སྐྱེས་ཏེ། རྒྱལ་པོས་པུས་མོ་ས་ལ་བཙུགས་ནས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དགེ་སློང་འདིའི་ལུས་ཤིན་ཏུ་མི་སྡུག་ཅིང་ཐུང་ལ། དབྱངས་ཤིན་ཏུ་སྙན་པ་འདི་སྔོན་ལས་ཅི་ཞིག་བགྱིས་ན། འདི་ལྟ་བུའི་རྣམ་པར་སྨིན་པ་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། ལེགས་པར་ཉོན་ལ་ཡིད་ལ་ཟུང་ཤིག་དང་བསྟན་པར་བྱའོ། །སྔོན་འདས་པའི་དུས་ན་སངས་རྒྱས་འོད་སྲུང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་འཇིག་རྟེན་དུ་གཤེགས་ཏེ། སེམས་ཅན་གྱི་དོན་མཛད་ནས་མྱ་ངན་ལས་འདས་པའི་འོག་ཏུ་རྒྱལ་པོ་་་བྱི་ཞེས་བྱ་བས་རིང་བཕྲེལ་བསྡུས་ཏེ། མཆོད་རྟེན་བརྩིགས་པར་བྱས་པ་ལས། ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་བཞི་ཞིག་མིར་སྤྲུལ་ཏེ། རྒྱལ་པོའི་དྲུང་དུ་ལྷགས་ནས། རིང་བཕྲེལ་གྱི་ཕྱིར་མཆོད་རྟེན་བརྩིགས་པ་འདི་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ལས་བགྱིའམ། ས་ལས་བགྱི་ཞེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །རྒྱལ་པོས་སྨྲས་པ། མཆོད་རྟེན་ནི་རིན་པོ་ཆེས་བརྩིགས་དགོས་ན། རིན་པོ་ཆེ་མང་པོ་མེད་པས་ས་ལས་བྱ་དགོས་སོ། །གྲུ་བཞི་ངོས་གཅིག་ཀྱང་དཔག་ཚད་ལྔར་ཕྱིན

有一个非常悦耳的声音。军队听到在寺庙里唱歌，想要听，以至于他们不知道厌倦。甚至大象和马也低下头听，无法行走。国王变得惊奇，问道：为什么大象和马等不能行走？他们回答说：因为他们想听美妙的声音，所以不能行走。国王说：即使是生在畜生道也喜欢听法，更不用说生在人道了。让我们听一会儿。于是王子去了胜利的树林，从象车上下来，解下剑，放下伞，走到世尊所在的地方，顶礼膜拜，对世尊说：那位声音悦耳的比丘是谁？我想见他，并供养四万拉帕达。世尊对国王说：先在布施之后相遇。如果先相遇，你甚至不想布施一个卡尔沙帕纳。然后，国王和那位比丘相遇了。他非常丑陋和矮小，以至于国王没有产生布施哪怕一个拉帕达的想法。国王跪在地上，对世尊说：世尊，这位比丘的身体非常丑陋和矮小，但他的声音非常悦耳。他以前做了什么业，以至于获得了这样的果报？世尊说：好好听，记住，我将告诉你。过去，有一位名叫光明佛的佛陀降临世间，为众生做了利益，然后涅槃。之后，一位名叫国王比伊的国王收集了舍利，并建造了一座佛塔。四位龙王化身为人类，来到国王面前，问道：为了舍利而建造的这座佛塔是用珍宝建造，还是用泥土建造？国王说：如果佛塔必须用珍宝建造，但没有那么多珍宝，所以必须用泥土建造。正方形的每一面都延伸五瑜缮那。

There was a very pleasant sound. The army heard the singing in the temple and wanted to listen so much that they did not know weariness. Even elephants and horses bowed their heads and listened, unable to walk. The king became amazed and asked, "Why can't the elephants and horses, etc., walk?" They replied, "Because they want to hear the beautiful sound, they cannot walk." The king said, "Even those born in the animal realm like to listen to the Dharma, let alone those born in the human realm. Let us listen for a moment." Then the prince went to the grove of victory, got off the elephant carriage, unsheathed his sword, put down his umbrella, and went before the Blessed One, where he was staying, and prostrated with his head. He said to the Blessed One, "Who is that monk with the pleasant voice? I want to see him and offer forty thousand ra-pa-das." The Blessed One said to the king, "Meet him after giving alms first. If you meet him first, you will not even want to give a karshapana." Then the king and that monk met. He was so ugly and short that the king did not have the thought of giving even one ra-pa-da. The king knelt on the ground and said to the Blessed One, "Blessed One, this monk's body is very ugly and short, but his voice is very pleasant. What deeds did he do in the past that he obtained such a result?" The Blessed One said, "Listen well, remember, and I will tell you. In the past, there was a Buddha named Light-Protecting who descended into the world, did benefit for sentient beings, and then passed into nirvana. After that, a king named King Biyi collected the relics and built a stupa. Four dragon kings transformed into humans and came to the king, asking, "Is this stupa built for the relics made of jewels or made of earth?" The king said, "If the stupa must be built with jewels, but there are not many jewels, so it must be made of earth. Each side of the square extends five yojanas."
