དང་། ཆུང་མ་དེ་འདྲ་བར་འདུག་པ་མཐོང་ནས། ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ཁྱོད་འདི་ལྟར་གྱུར་ཅེས་དྲིས་པ་དང་། ཆུང་མས་མཆི་མ་བླགས་ནས་དྲི་བའི་རིན་མི་ཆོག་གོ་ཞེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །སློབ་དཔོན་བྲམ་ཟེས་ཅི་ཉེས་པ་སྨྲོས་ཤིག་ཅེས་ནན་ཏན་གྱིས་དྲིས་པ་དང་ཆུང་མ་ངུས་ ཏེ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་རྟག་ཏུ་བསྟོད་པའི་མི་གདུང་བ་དེ་ནི། ཁྱོད་སོང་བའི་འོག་ཏུ་རྟག་པར་ཁོ་མོ་ལ་ཉལ་བར་བསྒྲུབས་ཏེ། ཁོ་མོ་མ་བཏུབ་པས་ཁོ་མོའི་གོས་ཀྱང་དྲལ། གདོང་ལ་ཡང་རྨ་ཕྱུང་བ་ཡིན་ཏེ། ཁྱོད་ལ་འདི་འདྲ་བའི་སློབ་མ་བདོག་གམ། བྲམ་ཟེས་དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་ཐོས་ནས། ཤིན་ཏུ་ཁྲོས་ཏེ། ཆུང་མ་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །མི་གདུང་བ་འདི་སྟོབས་ནི་གཅིག་པུས་ཀྱང་མི་སྟོང་ཡང་ཐུབ་ལ། བློན་པོ་ཆེན་པོའི་བུ་ཡིན་ཏེ། ཆོ་རིགས་བཙུན་པས་ཉེས་པ་ཞིག་བྱས་ན་ཡང་བགས་ཀྱིས་བྱ་དགོས་སོ་ཞེས་སྨྲས་ནས། མི་གདུང་བའི་དྲུང་དུ་སོང་སྟེ། ཅི་རིགས་པར་སྙན་པའི་ཚིག་གིས་སྤྲོ་བ་བསྐྱེད་ནས། ཁོ་བོ་སོང་བའི་འོག་ཏུ་ལས་ཆེན་པོ་དང་ཉོན་མ་མོངས་སམ་ཞེས་གཏམ་དྲིས་ནས། འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་བསྒོའོ། །ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་སྔ་ཕྱིར་ཁོ་བོ་ལ་ཆུ་གང་གིས་སྙིང་བརྩེ་སྟེ། ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་དྲིན་ནི་རྟག་ཏུ་དྲན་པས། ད་ནི་ཁྱོད་ལ་གསང་བའི་ཆོས་གཅིག་པུ་ཞིག་ཡོད་པ་སྔོན་ཅད་མ་བསྟན་པ་ཁྱོད་ལ་བསྟན་གྱིས། གལ་ཏེ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་བྱས་ན་གདོན་མི་ཟ་བར་ཚངས་པའི་ལྷར་སྐྱེའོ། །ཞེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །ཁྱེའུ་མི་གདུང་བས་པུས་མོ་ས་ལ་བཙུགས་ཏེ། བསྟན་པར་གསོལ་པ་དང་། མི་གདུང་བ་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་བསྒོའོ། །ཁྱོད་ཉིན་ཞག་བདུན་གྱིས་དགེ་བ་བསྲུངས་ཏེ་མི་སྟོང་གི་མགོ་བཅད་ནས་སོར་མོ་རེ་རེ་ཞིང་བླངས་ནས་སོར་མོ་སྟོང་གིས་ལུས་ཀྱི་འཕྲེང་བ་བྱས་ན། དེའི་ཚེ་ཚངས་པའི་ལྷ་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་མཐོང་སྟེ། ཚེ་འཕོས་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་ཚངས་པའི་ལྷར་སྐྱེའོ་ཞེས་ལུང་བསྟན་ཏོ། །ཁྱེའུ་མི་གདུང་བས་སློབ་དཔོན་གྱིས་དེ་སྐད་བསྟན་པ་ཐོས་ནས་ཐེ་ཙོམ་སྐྱེས་ཏེ། སློབ་དཔོན་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །སྲོག་བཅད་པས་ཚངས་པའི་ལྷར་སྐྱེ་བ་ནི་རིགས་པ་མ་ལགས་སོ། །སློབ་དཔོན་གྱིས་སྨྲས་པ། ཁྱོད་ཅི་ན་ཁོ་བོའི་སློབ་མ་ཡིན་ན་ཅི་ཁོ་བོས་བསྟན་པའི་མན་ངག་མི་ཉན་ཏམ། ཅི་སྟེ་ཡིད་མི་ཆེས་ན་ཁྲེལ་ལྟས་ཡོད་པ་མ་ཡིན་ཏེ། འདིར་མ་འདུག་པར་གར་དགའ་བར་སོང་ཤིག་ཅེས་བསྒོ་ནས། གསང་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་བཏབ་སྟེ། རལ་གྲི་གཅིག་ ས་ལ་བཙུགས་ཏེ། སྔགས་ཀྱིས་བཏབ་པས། ཁྱེའུ་མི་གདུང་བ་ཁྲོས་པའི་སེམས་

然后，（他）看到妻子是那样的状况，就问道：你为什么变成这样？妻子流着眼泪说：问的代价太高了。老师婆罗门再三追问有什么错处，妻子哭着这样说道：你经常赞美的那位不害，在你离开之后，总是想和我睡觉。我没有答应，他就撕破了我的衣服，还在我的脸上抓出了伤痕。你有这样的学生吗？婆罗门听到那些话之后，非常生气，对妻子这样说道：不害这个人，力量一个人就能抵挡千人，而且还是大臣的儿子。高贵的种姓即使犯了错，也应该小心处理。说完，就到不害那里去了，用各种各样的甜言蜜语使他高兴，问道：我离开之后，你有没有遇到什么大事或者烦恼？然后这样说道：你一直以来都全心全意地爱着我，我总是记得你的恩情。现在我有一个秘密的法，以前没有教过你，现在教给你。如果你那样做了，肯定会转生为梵天神。这样说道。童子不害双膝跪地，请求传授。婆罗门对不害这样说道：你用七天的时间守护善行，砍掉一千个人的头，取下每一个手指，用一千个手指做成身体的项链。那样的话，就能亲眼见到梵天神，死后立即转生为梵天神。这样预言道。童子不害听到老师那样教导，产生了怀疑，对老师这样说道：杀生而转生为梵天神是不合道理的。老师说：你既然是我的学生，为什么不听我教导的诀窍呢？如果你不相信，那就太可耻了，不要待在这里，到你喜欢的地方去吧。这样说完，用秘密咒语加持，把一把剑插在地上，用咒语加持。童子不害生起了愤怒之心。

Then, seeing his wife in such a state, (he) asked: Why have you become like this? The wife, shedding tears, said: The price of asking is too high. The teacher Brahmin repeatedly asked what was wrong, and the wife, weeping, said this: That 'Non-harm' whom you always praise, after you left, always tried to sleep with me. When I didn't agree, he tore my clothes and scratched my face. Do you have such a student? The Brahmin, hearing those words, became very angry and said to his wife: This 'Non-harm' is strong enough to withstand a thousand men alone, and he is also the son of a great minister. Even if a noble lineage commits a mistake, it should be handled with care. Having said that, he went to Non-harm and, with all sorts of sweet words, made him happy, asking: After I left, did you encounter any major events or troubles? Then he said this: You have always loved me wholeheartedly, and I always remember your kindness. Now I have a secret Dharma that I have never taught you before, and now I will teach it to you. If you do that, you will surely be reborn as a Brahma god. He said that. The boy Non-harm knelt on the ground and requested to be taught. The Brahmin said to Non-harm: You protect virtue for seven days, cut off the heads of a thousand people, take each finger, and make a necklace of the body with a thousand fingers. In that case, you will see the Brahma god with your own eyes, and immediately after death, you will be reborn as a Brahma god. He prophesied that. The boy Non-harm, hearing the teacher's teaching, became doubtful and said to the teacher: It is unreasonable to be reborn as a Brahma god by killing. The teacher said: Since you are my student, why don't you listen to the instructions I teach? If you don't believe it, then it is too shameful, don't stay here, go wherever you like. Having said that, he blessed with secret mantras, stuck a sword into the ground, and blessed it with mantras. The boy Non-harm arose with an angry mind.

出生后，得知老师生气了，（老师）把剑给了他，（让他）拿着不杀人的剑跑出门外，杀了遇到的九个人，砍下手指，串成身体的项链，因此大家都称他为指鬘者。到处杀戮，到了第七天，找到了九百九十九个手指，如果加上一个（他）母亲的手指，杀戮的数量也能凑够一千。所有人都逃跑躲藏，一个人也找不到，到处寻找也没找到。七天没有吃饭，（他）对儿子有怜悯心的母亲送食物来，所有人都害怕，没有一个人敢去。然后，（那个）孩子的母亲自己拿着食物，去儿子的住处，（指鬘者）从远处看到母亲来了，就朝母亲跑去，打算杀死她。母亲没有殷勤侍奉，心想你为何发疯，做着无间之业，难道要杀母亲吗？然后（指鬘者）对母亲这样说：我按照老师的指示，七天之内凑够一千个手指，凑够一千个手指就能转生为梵天之神，手指的数量不够，不做不行，现在必须杀了（你）。这时，孩子的母亲这样想，既然这样，难道不能不杀我，砍我的手指吗？当她劝说的时候，世尊也从远处看到调伏的时机已经成熟，于是化现为一个比丘，朝那个方向走去。指鬘者看到比丘，放弃了不杀母亲的事情，朝比丘扑去，打算杀死他。佛陀看到他这样过来，用脚缓慢行走，但指鬘者用尽力气，跑也赶不上。于是从远处喊道：比丘，你稍微停一下！世尊也从远处说：我是常住的，你不常住。指鬘者说：怎么说你是常住的，而我不常住呢？世尊这样说道：我的诸根总是寂静，获得了三摩地的自在，所以是常住的。你是被老师错误引导，对罪恶也

Having been born, knowing that the teacher was angry, (the teacher) gave him a sword, (telling him to) take the non-killing sword and run outside, killing nine people he encountered, cutting off their fingers, and stringing them into a necklace for his body, so everyone called him Finger Garland. Killing everywhere, on the seventh day, he found nine hundred and ninety-nine fingers, and if he added one finger from (his) mother, the number of killings would also reach a thousand. Everyone fled and hid, unable to find anyone, searching everywhere but finding no one. Having not eaten for seven days, (his) mother, who had compassion for her son, sent food, but everyone was afraid and no one dared to go. Then, the child's mother herself took food and went to her son's place, (Finger Garland) saw his mother coming from afar, ran towards his mother, intending to kill her. The mother, without serving him diligently, thought, why are you crazy, doing deeds of uninterrupted karma, are you going to kill your mother? Then (Finger Garland) said to his mother: According to the teacher's instructions, I must collect a thousand fingers within seven days, and if I collect a thousand fingers, I will be reborn as the god Brahma, but the number of fingers is not enough, I must do it, now I must kill (you). At this time, the child's mother thought, since this is the case, can't you not kill me, but cut off my finger? As she was persuading him, the World Honored One also saw from afar that the time for taming had come, so he manifested as a monk and walked in that direction. Finger Garland saw the monk, abandoned the matter of not killing his mother, pounced on the monk, intending to kill him. The Buddha saw him coming like this, walked slowly with his feet, but Finger Garland used all his strength, but could not catch up. So he shouted from afar: Monk, stop for a moment! The World Honored One also said from afar: I am permanent, you are not permanent. Finger Garland said: How can you say that you are permanent, and I am not permanent?
