冰雹止息，庄稼茂盛，一切安乐。之后，国王在寂静处如此思量：我以宿世的福德，成为了人间的国王，拥有珍宝和巨大的享受，听取所有人的意见，就像柔软的草被风吹拂，倒向一边一样。今生若不积来世的果实，将会痛苦不堪。例如，所有的农夫春天辛勤耕耘，秋天才能丰收。我若今生不播种，来世就无法收获。现在不应该懒惰，要在福德的田地里广撒种子。如此思量之后，对大臣如此说道：取出我所有的宝藏，堆积在城市的门口、街道和众人聚集的地方，布施给众多的人。晓谕八万四千个小国，将所有的仓库都如意地布施出去。竖起金色的国旗，敲响巨大的钟声，宣告赡部洲的僧侣、婆罗门、贫穷者、年老者和患病者都聚集起来，无论想要什么，都如意地布施给他们。那时，所有的百姓都喜欢国王依法行事，赞美并广为传颂。边陲的一个小国，名叫达瓦内，不听从国王的命令，以非法的方式统治国家。那个小国有一位聪明睿智的大臣，名叫洛达拉。大臣对国王进言道：国王您心胸狭窄，性情暴躁，不考虑前后，将来一定会后悔的。国王明眼人非常慈悲，恩泽遍布赡部洲的所有人，所有的国王都听从他的命令。唯独国王您不应该与他为敌，听从他的命令，子孙后代才能安乐。进言之后，国王反而对大臣发怒，不听从他的建议。之后，大臣也不高兴，心想：国王做了不合乎佛法和不合理的事情，我的帮助

Then, the king, in a secluded place, thought to himself: "By the merit of my previous life, I have become a king of men, possessing precious jewels and great enjoyment, and listening to the opinions of all. Just as soft grass is blown by the wind and lies down in one direction. If I do not accumulate the fruits of the next life in this life, I will suffer greatly. For example, if all farmers plow diligently in the spring, they will have a bountiful harvest in the autumn. If I do not sow seeds in this life, I will not be able to harvest in the next life. Now I should not be lazy, but should sow seeds widely in the field of merit." After thinking this, he said to the minister: "Take out all my treasures and pile them up at the city gates, streets, and places where many people gather, and give them to many people. Proclaim to the eighty-four thousand small kingdoms that all the storehouses should be given away as desired." He raised the golden flag and rang the great bell, proclaiming that all the monks, Brahmins, the poor, the old, and the sick of Jambudvipa should gather, and whatever they desire, he would give them as they wished. At that time, all the people were happy that the king was acting according to the Dharma, and praised and proclaimed it widely. A small border country, called Dawa Ne, did not listen to the king's orders and ruled the country unlawfully. That small country had a wise and intelligent minister named Lodara. The minister said to the king: "Your Majesty is narrow-minded and hot-tempered, and you will regret it later without considering the consequences. King Migyö is very compassionate and his kindness pervades all the people of Jambudvipa, and all the kings listen to his orders. Only Your Majesty should not be hostile to him, and if you listen to his orders, your descendants will be happy." After speaking, the king became angry with the minister and did not listen to his advice. After that, the minister was also unhappy and thought: "The king has done something that is not in accordance with the Dharma and is unreasonable, my help

After that, the pursuers couldn't catch up, and the minister went to a place called 'Open Eyes.' He prostrated before King Open Eyes and told him the situation. The king was very happy and made him a minister as well. After that, the (former) king wouldn't listen. He reported, 'Besides me, can't any of the ministers control that king?' After asking, they reported, 'Indeed, no one can control that king.' After that, the minister gathered troops and requested to depose that king, and the king agreed. After that, the best troops were gathered, and they discussed the date to go to a place called 'Paladavarne.' At that time, the king also heard that the troops were coming to his country, and he was very unhappy, thinking in his heart what to do, wearing dirty clothes and hiding in a dark corner. At that time, there was a wicked Brahmin in that place, who asked the king, 'Why are you unhappy, mourning like this?' The king said, 'Haven't you heard? My minister Rodara ran away and went to King Open Eyes, saying he would bring troops to my country, so I am unhappy. If he brings troops, we will also be finished.' The Brahmin said, 'Gather the ministers, and we will discuss it.' After that, the ministers and the Brahmin gathered together and discussed, and the Brahmin said, 'I have heard that King Open Eyes is not attached to anything other than my parents and likes to give alms. There is a blind Brahmin in this country, send him to beg the king for one eye. If the king gives his eye, the army will not come either.' After discussing, they reported the situation to the king, and the king said, 'Let's do that.' Then he summoned the blind Brahmin.
