ཁྱོད་ནི་བླུན་ཞིང་ངན། །ཁྱོད་ནི་མི་རིགས་བྱེད་པ་སྟེ། །ཡིད་དུ་འོང་བའི་གཟུགས་འདི་ཡང་། །ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་མངོན་པར་བཅོམ་པར་གྱུར། །གང་ཞིག་ལོ་ནི་བརྒྱར་འཚོ་བ། །དེ་ཡང་འཆི་བདག་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་ཁྲིད། །འདི་དག་རྒ་བར་འགྱུར་བ་འམ། །ཡང་ན་ན་བའམ་འཆི་བས་འཇོམས། །རྟག་ཏུ་ལྡོག་པ་མེད་པར་འགྲོ་འགྱུར་ཞིང་། །ཉིན་དང་མཚན་དུ་རབ་ཏུ་འཇིག་པ་དང་། །སྐྱེ་དང་འཆི་བའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་དང་ལྡན་པ། །ཆུ་ཚན་ནང་དུ་གདུངས་པའི་ཉ་དང་འདྲ། །ཚེ་འདི་ཉིན་དང་མཚན་མོ་དང་། །འགྲོ་བ་དང་ནི་འདུག་པ་ན། །ཆུ་ཀླུང་ཆེན་པོའི་རྒྱུན་བཞིན་དུ། །ཕྱིར་མི་ལྡོག་པར་འགྲོ་བར་འགྱུར། །ཆུ་ཆུང་ནང་གི་ཉ་ལྟ་བུར། །གང་ཞིག་ཉིན་མཚན་འདའ་བ་ཡིས། །ཚེ་འདི་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཐུང་འགྱུར་ན། །དེ་ལ་དགའ་བར་བྱར་ཅི་ཡོད། །གསོན་མཐའ་འཆི་བ་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར། །ལུས་འདི་ཡོངས་སུ་རྒ་བ་དང་། །ནད་ཀྱི་ཚང་འདི་མྱུར་འཇིག་ཅིང་། །སྣག་གི་ཚོགས་ཀྱང་འཇིག་པར་ འགྱུར། །ཀྱེ་མ་ལུས་འདི་མི་ཐོགས་པར། །སྟོང་ཞིང་རྣམ་ཤེས་དང་བྲལ་ནས། །དུར་ཁྲོད་བོར་བའི་མགལ་དུམ་ལྟར། །ས་ཡི་སྟེང་དུ་འགྱེལ་བར་འགྱུར། །རྒྱུན་དུ་ནད་ཀྱིས་མངོན་གདུང་ཞིང་། །རྟག་ཏུ་མི་གཙང་འཛག་པ་དང་། །རྒ་དང་འཆི་བས་འཚེར་འགྲིབ་པའི། །ལུས་འདི་དོར་བ་ཅིར་མི་རུང་། །མྱུར་དུ་འཇིག་ཅིང་ན་བ་དང་། །རྣག་དང་ལྡན་པའི་ལུས་འདི་ཡིས། །གྲུབ་དང་བདེ་བ་བླ་མེད་པ། །ཞི་མཆོག་དོན་དུ་གཉེར་བར་གྱིས། །དགུན་ཀ་དང་ནི་དཔྱིད་ཀ་དང་། །དབྱར་ཀ་འདི་དག་བྱའོ་ཞེས། །བྱིས་པ་རྣམ་པར་སེམས་བྱེད་པས། །བར་ཆད་མཐོང་བར་མ་གྱུར་ཏོ། །བུ་དང་ནོར་ཕྱུགས་འབྱོར་པ་ལ། །མི་ཡི་ཡིད་ནི་རྣམ་ཆགས་པ། །འཆི་བདག་གིས་ནི་བླངས་ནས་འགྲོ། །ཉལ་གྲོང་ཆུ་བོས་བདས་པ་བཞིན། །འཆི་བའི་དུས་ལ་བབ་པ་ན། །བུ་རྣམས་སྐྱབས་སུ་མི་འགྱུར་ཞིང་། །ཕ་ཡང་མ་ཡིན་གཉེན་འདུན་མིན། །ཁྱོད་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་འགྱུར་བ་མེད། །འདི་ནི་བྱ་བ་བྱས་ཟིན་དོན་འདི་བྱ། །དེ་དག་བྱས་ནས་བདག་གིས་འདི་བྱ་ཞེས། །དེ་ལྟར་མི་ནི་ཡོངས་སུ་ཤོམ་པ་ན། །རྒ་དང་ནད་བཅས་འཆི་བས་མངོན་དུ་བཅོམ། །དེ་ལྟས་རྟག་ཏུ་ཏིང་འཛིན་ལ་དགའ་མཉམ་པར་ཞོག །བརྩོན་པ་སྐྱེད་ལ་སྐྱེ་དང་རྒ་བའི་མཐའ་མ་ལྟོས། །བདུད་རྣམས་སྡེ་དང་བཅས་པ་མངོན་པར་ཟིལ་ནོན་ལ། །དགེ་སློང་དག་གོ་སྐྱེ་ཤིའི་ཕ་རོལ་འགྲོ་བར་གྱིས། །མི་རྟག་པའི་ཚོམས་ཏེ་དང་པོའོ།། །།ཀུན་རྟོག་ལས་ནི་འདོད་སྐྱེས་པས། །འདོད་པའི་རྩ་བར་ཤེས་གྱིས་ཏེ། །ཁྱོད་ནི་ཀུན་རྟོག་མ

你既愚蠢又邪恶， 你制造人种差别。 这令人愉悦的形体， 也被你彻底摧毁。 无论谁活到百岁， 也被死主所牵引。 这些都会变老吗？ 或者被疾病或死亡摧毁？ 总是不可逆转地流逝， 日日夜夜都在剧烈地毁灭， 具有生与死的痛苦， 如同在温泉中煎熬的鱼。 此生在日日夜夜里， 行走和安住之时， 如同大河的流水一般， 不可逆转地流逝而去。 如同小水中的鱼儿， 无论谁日夜流逝光阴， 此生变得极其短暂， 对此有何可欢喜的呢？ 因为生存的尽头就是死亡， 这身体完全会衰老， 疾病的巢穴迅速崩坏， 黑暗的聚合也会毁灭。 唉呀，这身体无法阻挡， 空虚且与意识分离后， 如同墓地抛弃的柴堆， 倒在地上。 经常被疾病所折磨， 总是流淌不净之物， 被衰老和死亡所侵蚀， 这身体为何不舍弃？ 迅速毁灭且充满疾病， 以及脓液的这身体， 为了成就和无上喜乐， 努力追求寂静至上之境。 冬天和春天， 以及夏天要做这些事， 孩子们这样思虑着， 却未曾见到阻碍。 对于儿子和牲畜财富， 人们的心总是执着， 死主将其夺走而去， 如同村庄被洪水冲走。 当死亡的时刻来临时， 儿子们不会成为救护， 父亲不是，母亲也不是亲眷也不是， 你没有可以救护的。 这个事情已经做了，这个事情要做， 那些事情做完后，我再做这个， 像这样人们完全准备着的时候， 就被衰老和疾病以及死亡所摧毁。 因此总是欢喜禅定平等安住， 生起精进不看生和老的尽头， 魔众及其眷属完全降伏， 众比丘们啊，去往生死彼岸吧！ 无常品的第一品完毕。 由分别念而生起贪欲， 知晓贪欲的根本， 你就是分别念。

You are foolish and evil, You create racial differences. This delightful form, Is also completely destroyed by you. Whoever lives for a hundred years, Is also led away by the Lord of Death. Will these become old? Or be destroyed by disease or death? Always flowing irreversibly, Day and night are violently destroyed, Having the suffering of birth and death, Like a fish suffering in a hot spring. This life, in days and nights, When walking and dwelling, Like the flow of a great river, Irreversibly flows away. Like a fish in a small water, Whoever spends days and nights, This life becomes extremely short, What is there to rejoice in this? Because the end of life is death, This body will completely age, The nest of disease collapses quickly, The assembly of darkness will also be destroyed. Alas, this body cannot be stopped, Empty and separated from consciousness, Like a pile of firewood abandoned in the cemetery, It will fall on the ground. Often tormented by disease, Always flowing with impure things, Eroded by old age and death, Why not abandon this body? Quickly destroyed and full of disease, And this body of pus, For the sake of accomplishment and supreme bliss, Strive to pursue the supreme state of tranquility. Winter and spring, And summer, we will do these things, Children think like this, But they have not seen the obstacles. For sons and livestock wealth, People's minds are always attached, The Lord of Death takes them away, Like a village swept away by a flood. When the time of death comes, The sons will not become saviors, The father is not, the mother is not, nor are the relatives, You have no one to save you. This thing has been done, this thing must be done, After those things are done, I will do this, When people are fully prepared like this, They are destroyed by old age, disease, and death. Therefore, always rejoice in samadhi, dwell equally, Arouse diligence, do not look at the end of birth and old age, Completely subdue the hordes of demons and their retinues, Monks, go to the other shore of birth and death! The first chapter on impermanence is complete. Desire arises from conceptual thought, Know the root of desire, You are conceptual thought.
