Those who strongly adhere to wrong beliefs, are attached to them, and subsequently assert, "Only this is true, and the rest are false," they are attached to and abide in things that can be known by the mind, such as pleasant states of mind. Monks and Brahmins, troubled by the knot of covetousness and indulging in attachment, are also allowed to be manipulated by the evil demon as he pleases. Monks, some monks or Brahmins do not truly see these things that can be known by the mind from the perspective of truth and existence, but strongly adhere to their respective wrong beliefs, are attached to them, and subsequently assert, "Only this is true, and the rest are false," they abide in anger in things that can be known by the mind, such as unpleasant states of mind. Monks and Brahmins, troubled by the knot of malicious thoughts and indulging in anger, are also allowed to be manipulated by the evil demon as he pleases. Monks, some monks or Brahmins do not truly see these things that can be known by the mind from the perspective of truth and existence, but strongly adhere to their respective wrong beliefs, are attached to them, and subsequently assert, "Only this is true, and the rest are false," they abide in a non-discriminating manner in things that can be known by the mind, such as neutral states of mind. Monks and Brahmins, troubled by the attachment and supreme clinging that "this is true," and indulging in pride, are also allowed to be manipulated by the evil demon as he pleases. Monks, it is like a person who thinks he is holding a precious box, but takes a box of snakes and flees from a burning city. He is very happy about it and does not see the danger in it until he distinguishes it.

When making it, if one knows that this is snake food, not precious food, then it causes him suffering, shame, regret, and condemnation. Monks, similarly, a noble disciple who possesses hearing, after obtaining this noble, transcendent wisdom, also suffers, feels ashamed, regrets, and condemns the previous childish behavior, foolish behavior, and perverse wisdom behavior. He thinks to himself: I used to think of only impermanence as permanence, I used to think of only suffering as happiness, I used to think of only impurity as purity, I used to think of only selflessness as self. Thus, I have become one who used to perceive impermanence as permanence, perceive suffering as happiness, perceive impurity as purity, and perceive selflessness as self. Monks, it is like this: for example, a magician or a skilled disciple of a magician sits at the crossroads of a great road and performs various illusions, such as jewels, earrings, bracelets, decorated bracelets, armlets, bracelets, anklets, rings, gold and silver necklaces, and displays them. Those beings who have the nature of children, the nature of foolishness, and the nature of perverse wisdom think to themselves: these jewels, earrings, bracelets, decorated bracelets, armlets, bracelets, anklets, rings, gold and silver necklaces that appear in this way are true and exist from the perspective of existence. Those beings who do not have the nature of children, do not have the nature of foolishness, and have the nature of wisdom think to themselves: these jewels, earrings, bracelets, decorated bracelets, armlets, bracelets that appear in this way

Is it? Are they anklets? Are they rings? These necklaces of gold and silver do not exist in terms of truth and existence, they are merely made like illusions. I think it is merely something that deceives the eyes. Monks, likewise, the noble disciple who has heard also discerns with my consciousness whatever dharmas arise in the past, future, and present. Among these dharmas, there is nothing that is permanent, stable, true, suchness, non-erroneous suchness, non-different suchness, correct, true, reality, as it is, non-erroneous, or non-inverted. Because accumulation is also like that, exhaustion is also like that. Without essence is also like that. False is also like that. Deceptive dharma is also like that. Mara is also like that. Mara's implements are also like that. A corpse is also like that. The image of a corpse is also like that, therefore one should not be delighted in it, one should not praise it, one should not be particularly attached, one should not be particularly attached and abide. The Blessed One said that the noble dharma that transcends the world is true, and thus one discerns individually. Having known this, he truly sees the dharmas that are discerned by consciousness, which arise in the past, future, and present, as diseases, sores, wounds, sins, impermanence, suffering, emptiness, and selflessness. When he truly sees the dharmas that are discerned by consciousness, which arise in the past, future, and present, as diseases, sores, wounds, sins, impermanence, suffering, emptiness, and selflessness, then, for the dharmas that are discerned by consciousness, which arise in the past, future, and present, there will be no wrong belief, inverted perception, inverted mind, or inverted view, such as the knot of the collection of greed, the knot of the collection of malice, and holding precepts and asceticism as supreme.
