།གལ་ཏེ་རུས་པའི་ཚིགས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་རྣམས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཡང་རུས་པ་རྣམས་མི་འདྲུད་ན་ནི། ཇི་སྐད་དུ་བཤད་པར་གྱུར་པའི་ནད་རྣམས་ང་ལ་འབྱུང་བར་འགྱུར་བ་མ་ཡིན་ནོ། He, having separately examined the worm of diminution, truly knows his body as it is. Furthermore, the yoga practitioner, dwelling observing his own body within himself, through wisdom born of hearing or seen with the divine eye, a worm called the fire-heat diminishing one, is born together with bile and dwells in my body. He delights in it, and he delights in it when it is cold. He declines when it is warm. He is also very happy when it is cold, making me want to eat. When it is warm, it diminishes the fire-heat. When it is cold, he also skillfully accomplishes my bile, and when it is warm, he is critical. Due to its fault, the fire-heat diminishes. He, having separately examined the worm that diminishes the fire-heat, also truly knows his body separately as it is.
