The worm called "Great Food" dwells in the body, and what does it do, whether it dwells in the body's own nature or not? Through the wisdom born of hearing or seen by the divine eye, the worm called "Great Food," if angered by the fault of food, dwells in my bile and generates heat as it eats. As it grows large, my body becomes moist and delicious, and all the limbs and minor limbs, as well as the eyes, ears, nose, and the faculties of my tongue, will weaken. I will also become unable to see myself and my own place, and due to the fault of food, my five faculties will also become more firmly established on the evil path. By separately examining the Great Food worm, one can also truly recognize the body separately. Furthermore, when a yogi dwells observing the body in the inner self, through the wisdom born of hearing or seen by the divine eye, the worm called "Moving from Heat" always delights in warm food and greatly hates cold food. What does it do, whether it dwells in me by its own nature or not? Through the wisdom born of hearing or seen by the divine eye, if I eat what has become food, or eat, drink, chew, or taste anything cold, it becomes angry with me and licks my mouth, or the body becomes moist, or weak, or obstructed, or it licks the heart, or it becomes a fault of the whole body, it makes the phlegm red, or it also licks the throat.
